Memories That Never Fade

As the months passed, the friendship between Jooya, Rossie, Vinne, and Sofiee became stronger than ever.

Jooya and Rossie visited Vinne's house two or three times. Compared to their own homes, Vinne's house was much bigger and more luxurious. However, what impressed them the most was not the size of the house but the warmth they felt there.

The three friends spent hours together laughing, eating snacks, and watching movies. Sometimes they watched funny shows, while other times they challenged themselves with horror films.

Of course, no gathering was complete without taking photos.

Being BTS fans, they often copied the famous poses of Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook, laughing every time someone failed to recreate the pose correctly.

Those moments became some of their favorite memories.

Later, the trio also visited Sofiee's home.

Her house was beautiful, but what made the visit truly special was Sofiee's mother. She welcomed everyone with kindness and treated them like her own children.

The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. They spent time talking, taking pictures, and enjoying each other's company before returning home.

Everything seemed perfect.

The days were filled with friendship, laughter, projects, and dreams.

But eventually, the moment every student fears arrived.

The time to say goodbye.

As they approached to a day when there 12th grade would be over, Jooya and her friends realized that they would soon leave school and begin different journeys in life.

Wanting to preserve their memories, they created special keepsakes together.

They painted designs on white shirts.

They exchanged handwritten notes.

They gave each other meaningful gifts.

Most importantly, they wrote heartfelt messages in one another's diaries.

Each page contained memories, wishes, and promises that they hoped would last forever.

Those days were filled with mixed emotions.

There was happiness because they had shared such beautiful moments together.

But there was also sadness because they knew those moments would never come again in exactly the same way.

A few days later came their final practical examination.

It was the last time many of them would sit together in their school uniforms.

Some students tried to smile.

Others couldn't hold back their tears.

Many hugged each other and whispered,

"Saranghae."

The simple Korean word carried all the emotions they struggled to express.

"I love you."

"We'll miss you."

"Don't forget me."

Soon after came the farewell ceremony.

Unfortunately, Jooya arrived late that day.

When she reached the school, she realized she had already missed several activities and photographs.

For a moment, she felt disappointed.

But then she looked around.

Her friends were still there.

Her classmates were still there.

And there was still time to create a few final memories.

So she spent the rest of the day laughing, talking, taking pictures, and enjoying every remaining moment.

As the farewell came to an end and everyone slowly began leaving, Jooya stood quietly and looked around the school one last time.

The classrooms.

The corridors.

The desks.

The people who had become a part of her story.

She knew that life would move forward.

People would follow different paths.

Some friendships would remain strong, while others might slowly fade with time.

But the memories they had created together would stay in her heart forever.
