PAIN CREATE POWER

CHAPTER 6

Years passed inside Ace Organization.

Pain became normal.

Blood became ordinary.

And weakness became unforgivable.

“Again!”

BANG!

Young Jinwoo crashed hard against the training floor after being kicked by another trainee.

Blood dripped from his mouth.

Around him, other trainees laughed mockingly.

“He’s too weak.”

“He’ll never survive here.”

Jinwoo slowly stood back up without saying a word.

Yuri watched silently from above the training arena.

“Fight back,” he ordered.

The older trainee smirked and rushed toward Jinwoo again.

This time—

Jinwoo moved.

WHOOSH!

He dodged the punch instantly.

CRACK!

His elbow smashed directly into the trainee’s throat.

The boy collapsed choking.

The room became silent.

Everyone stared in shock.

Jinwoo stood there breathing heavily.

His eyes had changed.

Cold.

Emotionless.

Dangerous.

Yuri smiled slightly.

“The hatred is working.”

The training only became worse after that.

Every day was torture.

Morning combat training.

Knife training.

Gun training.

Assassination techniques.

Endurance drills.

Sometimes trainees died during training.

Nobody cared.

Ace Organization only respected strength.

One night, after hours of brutal combat practice, Jinwoo collapsed exhausted beside the training hall wall.

His hands bled heavily.

Yuri approached calmly.

“You’re improving.”

Jinwoo stared at the floor.

“I’m still weak.”

Yuri sat beside him quietly.

“Do you still think about that night?”

Jinwoo’s fists tightened instantly.

Every single day.

The fire.

The screams.

The girl.

Those eyes.

Yuri noticed the hatred inside him growing stronger.

“Revenge can make you powerful,” Yuri said calmly.

“But it can also destroy you.”

Jinwoo finally looked up.

“I don’t care.”

Yuri remained silent for a moment.

Then he handed Jinwoo a small knife.

It was black with a silver edge.

“Your father once used this.”

Jinwoo’s eyes widened slightly.

Yuri stood up.

“He told me that a weapon is only as dangerous as the heart holding it.”

Jinwoo slowly held the knife tightly.

At that moment—

He made a silent promise.

One day…

He would find the girl from the flames.

And when he did—

He would kill her.

Five Years Later.

Inside a dark mission room, several elite assassins stood nervously around a large screen.

Boss Ace entered calmly.

“Tonight’s mission is dangerous.”

The assassins became serious immediately.

Boss Ace pressed a button.

Photos of armed criminals appeared on the screen.

“A trafficking organization has been causing problems for us.”

One assassin smirked.

“So we eliminate them?”

Boss Ace nodded slowly.

Then he looked toward the shadows.

“Jinwoo.”

Everyone turned immediately.

A tall young man stepped forward wearing a black coat.

Now fifteen years old.

But his eyes looked far older.

The assassins around him lowered their heads slightly.

Even experienced killers feared him.

Boss Ace spoke calmly.

“This will be your first official mission.”

The room became tense.

Because everyone knew what that meant.

Tonight—

Someone would die by Jinwoo’s hands for the first time.

CHAPTER 7

FIRST BLOOD

Night covered the city in darkness.

Rain dripped slowly from the rooftops as black vehicles stopped outside an abandoned warehouse near the harbor.

Inside the warehouse, armed criminals laughed loudly while counting money and weapons.

None of them noticed the shadow watching from above.

Jinwoo.

Hidden silently on the steel beams near the ceiling.

His black clothes blended perfectly with the darkness.

Below him, Yuri’s voice echoed softly through his earpiece.

“Your mission is simple.”

“Eliminate everyone.”

Jinwoo’s expression remained emotionless.

“This is your first real kill,” Yuri continued.

“Do not hesitate.”

Jinwoo slowly gripped the black knife Yuri had given him years ago.

His father’s knife.

Below him, one criminal suddenly frowned.

“Did you hear something?”

Another laughed.

“You’re paranoid.”

Then—

WHOOSH!

A dark figure dropped silently from above.

SLASH!

Blood sprayed across the table.

One man collapsed instantly holding his throat.

The warehouse exploded into panic.

“What the hell?!”

“Someone’s here!”

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Gunshots echoed everywhere.

But Jinwoo moved through the darkness like a ghost.

Fast.

Silent.

Deadly.

CRACK!

He broke one man’s arm before stabbing him in the chest.

Another criminal aimed his gun—

But Jinwoo threw his knife instantly.

THUD!

The blade pierced directly into the man’s forehead.

The criminals panicked completely.

“It’s an assassin!”

“RUN!”

But escape was impossible.

Jinwoo’s movements became faster and more brutal.

Years of pain.

Years of hatred.

Years of training.

Everything exploded out violently that night.

Within minutes—

Bodies covered the warehouse floor.

Blood dripped from Jinwoo’s knife as the final criminal crawled backward in fear.

“P-please…”

The man trembled violently.

“I have children…”

Jinwoo slowly walked toward him.

Then suddenly—

The criminal’s terrified face changed into something else.

For one brief moment—

Jinwoo saw the assassins who killed his family.

The flames.

The screams.

Shizuka’s eyes.

Hatred consumed him instantly.

SLASH!

The final body dropped silently.

The warehouse became quiet again.

Jinwoo stood alone in the darkness breathing heavily.

Blood covered his hands.

His first mission was complete.

But strangely—

He felt nothing.

No happiness.

No guilt.

Only emptiness.

Outside the warehouse, Yuri waited beside the car smoking quietly.

The warehouse doors slowly opened.

Jinwoo walked out calmly.

His clothes were stained with blood.

Yuri studied him carefully.

“Well?”

Jinwoo answered coldly.

“They’re dead.”

Yuri nodded slowly.

Then he noticed something important.

Jinwoo’s eyes no longer looked human.

The innocent child from years ago had disappeared completely.

Yuri threw his cigarette away.

“From today onward,” he said quietly,

“You are officially an assassin.”

Jinwoo looked toward the dark city silently.

Deep inside his heart—

Only one goal still remained.

Find the girl from the flames.

And kill her.
