He turned toward the curtains in the middle of the room.

From what he remembered, Jaewon was right behind those curtains.

Jungkook followed his line of sight and narrowed his eyes. His body was instantly enveloped by a freezing aura.

If he dared to beg for mercy on Jaewon's behalf, he shouldn't blame him for being cruel!

Taehyung tugged the curtains aside. As expected, Jaewon was completely tied up and was lying on the bed.

His figure was slim and lean, and his jawline was well defined. His black fringes laid casually across his forehead and framed his face well. His eyes were bright. He was the sort of man who had a graceful charm.

Despite being tied up like a dumpling with both his hands restrained behind him, he leaned slightly to the side and tried his best to still appear graceful.

Even in this situation, he still needed to act handsome.

Such an outstanding man! It was no wonder he fell head over heels for him in his past life.

But it was too bad that underneath his beautiful appearance was an extremely filthy and despicable heart.

He had only treated him well to make use of him to deal with Jungkook!

If thus had been the past, he wouldn't have been able to resist such pitiful 'male god'. His hatred for Jungkook would have definitely became more intense.

However, right now... He really wished he could give him several tight slaps to make his act more real!

He regretted his past life's actions to the point where his liver was turning green. His eyes reddened at the thought of his own stupidity.

Jungkook watched the two of them as they stared at each other lovingly. his expression was extremely dark from anger.

Taehyung could almost see the smoke rising from his head.

In order to prevent Jungkook from taking his small life, he needed to make his attitude crystal clear right away.

He stepped forward with determined strides and delivered a couple of tight slaps on Jaewon's handsome face.

Bright red marks instantly appeared on Jaewon's left and right cheek.

Hoseok peeked in from the entrance, and was stunned.

That fat man loved Jaewon to death. How did he find the guts to beats his idol?

Was he seeing things?

He blinked and saw Jaewon's cheeks had turned swollen from the blow. From the sight of it, it seems like he did not restrain his strength at all.

Fuck, he really slapped his 'male' god.

Was the sky about to collapse?

He glanced out of the window to see a beautiful skyline. there was no sign that anything was amiss.

In order words, it could only mean that fatty Kim had bean cursed.

He glanced secretly at his CEO's expression. Hoseok started to suspect that he was worried about his CEO sending the two of them straight to hell, and decided to use this strategy to protect his life.

A hint of surprise flashed past Jungkook's cold gaze. He was actually very suspicious of his actions. Didn't he usually treat Jaewon to be more important than his own life? How could he have dared to land such a hard blow?

Jaewon was similarly flabbergasted. although he was only an adopted son in the Jeon family, given the Jeon family's influence, no one had ever dared to provoke him. To think that this stupid, fat man actually dared to slap him.

He was furious to the point of wanting kill him!

Anger filled his eyes. However, he immediately restrained himself and apologetically, "Mr. Kim, I am sorry. It's all my fault. My brother seems to have misunderstood something. It's all because of me that you were forcefully...

The word 'defiled' did not leave his lips.

Even if he really wanted to use that word, it would be more appropriate to say that he had defiled Jungkook.

Jungkook had mysophobia and was famously known to dislike touching men and women, God only knows what curse had fallen upon his head which led him to touch Teahyung

"Who is your brother?" Jungkook sneered cynically.

His voice was freezing cold. "By claiming false relations, are you trying to become a mute?"

Jaewon understood that this was a warning telling him that he would loose his tongue.

Jungkook was vicious person along with being decisive and ruthless. His words could not be taken as joke.

He rushed to apologies to Jungkook. "I'm so sorry, CEO Jeon."

Taehyung glanced at Jungkook. "ahem, Jaewon said you misunderstood something?"

Hoseok could not stand watching this farce any longer. "Kim fa... Mr. Kim do you still have any more face to throw away? You betrayed our CEO and eloped with Jaewon, yet you still dare to ask what the misunderstanding is?"

"What Kim fa..." Teahyung corrected him.

"I haven't change my name, I'm still Kim Taehyung."

"I know..." I just wanted to  call you Kim fatty. Hoseok understood that his CEO's eyes were blinded and he had taken a liking to this damned fat man.

He really felt stifled. When will his boss finally regain his sight?

But he did not dare to be unrestrained in front of his boss, and could only cut himself off halfway.

To think that this dumb man would notice and point it out.

Taehyung naturally understood Hoseok's intentions.

The atmosphere in the room was  too heavy. He did not wish to be hauled out like a piece of luggage and was intentionally making use of the opportunity here.

Jaewon's face showed a shocked expression. "CEO Jeon, this is an enormous misunderstanding. Who told you that i was eloping with Mr. Kim? The whole world knows that you're his fiancée. Even if i had all the courage in the  world, I wouldn't dare to do so."

"You don't dare?" Jungkook narrowed his fierce gaze.

His eyes carried a dangerous glint and caused one to feel pressured.

Jaewon was frightened.

He added on fearfully. "I don't dare, I don't dare. I can never do it."

He glance at Taehyung's fat figure and his uneven complexion, His voice held disdain when he said, " Although Mr. Kim is indeed your type, he is not my cup of tea.

Taehyung sneered mockingly.

Jaewon had clearly told him that he liked him, but was unable to be with him openly due to his identity as Jungkook's fiancée. He had even claimed that he was willing to give up the Jeon family's wealth and comfort in order to leave this place with him.

The previous version of him had been moved by those word. As a result, he had packed his things overnight in order to elope with him.

In his last life, he got to know much later that Jungkook had once suffered a gunshot wound on his chest. The bullet was successfully removed and he managed to recover. Unfortunately, since then whenever he became too agitated or angered, his heart would start to ache.

With the increase in incidents provoking his condition, his pain eventually would become permanent.

Jaewon had two goals, one was to provoke Jungkook and worsen his body's condition. The second was to mislead Teahyung into believing that Jungkook was obstructing their love. He had told him that as long as Jungkook was taken care of, the two of them would be happy together.

However, he was scared that Jungkook would kill him. Thus, in the midst of eloping with him, he deliberately leaked the news of that Jungkook would look for them.

But he never expected to meet with a car crash and be hospitalized.

As a result, Jungkook was able to rush over in time and catch both of them.

In order to escape the blame in front of Jungkook, Jaewon declared that he was not his type.

In front of Jungkook, he had always treated him like his brother-in-law. Thus, Jungkook believed that he did not like Teahyung, and that he was nursing a one-sided love for him.

Otherwise, with  Jungkook's ruthless attitude, if he had displayed any intentions toward Teahyung, he would have long been killed.

As expected, Jungkook lifted his dark brows and gritted his teeth. "Oh? you told Teahyung repeatedly that you have feelings for him?"

"Brother... No, CEO Jeon." Jaewon did not dare to say that Teahyung was lying, because he had really told him that he liked him.

He was fearful that he would reveal even more if he accused him of lying.

He rushed to explain his side of the story. "Although I said so, I didn't mean it the way Teahyung assumed. I meant that i liked him as my future brother-in-law. He is our fiancée, your man. I naturally like and respect him. If your fiancée would be anyone else, I would respond with the same feelings."

He had never expected that Taehyung would be able to speak so composedly after Jungkook forcefully took his innocence.

Considering his personality, and the deep feeling he had for him since a young age, he thought that he would struggle to accept this humiliation, and would definitely attempt to kill Jungkook.

There was a fruit platter on the side table next to Taehyung's bed. he had left the knife there with 'good intentions' for Taehyung to use.

Having a knife around made things much more interesting.

Why wasn't Taehyung using the knife?

And the words he spoken earlier... Seemed to be aimed at worsening his relationship with Jungkook?

Jaewon felt that Taehyung had changed.

In their previous life, Taehyung indeed followed the 'path' Jaewon had carefully planned out for him.

"jaewon is speaking the truth. He has always treated me like his future brother-in-law. He doesn't have any thoughts for me that are out of line."

"And what about your thoughts?" Jungkook's expression was cold and indifferent.

He spoke as though his answer would not affect him.

Only god knew how fearful he was of hearing him say that he liked jaewon.

Even though... through out the years, it had already become an undeniable fact.

Just the thought of his feelings for jaewon caused his chest to immediately start throbbing painfully.

Every time this issue came to mind, his heart would ache.

He tightened his first at the sudden, sharp pain. However, on the surface, he appeared to be completely unaffected.

Taehyung spoke unhurriedly and made use of Jaewon's words to assert his stance. "I naturally... am the same as Jaewon. To me, he is just your cheap cousin."

Hearing this Jaewon was immediately angered.

What did he mean by 'cheap cousin'?

It sounded almost as though he was looking down on him.

But the dumb man loved him so much, it was unlikely for him to do so.

Jungkook had prepared himself for the blow when he heard his first few words. However, when he received his full answer, his nervous heart eased slightly.

"Really?"

He could not blame him for suspicious of him. Taehyung recalled the way he used to declare his feelings for Jaewon in front of Jungkook. He really wished he could swallow back all of those words now.

He promised him with a look of certainty. "No matter who i may lie to, I won't lie to you."

For some strange reason, Jungkook felt his entire heart warming up because of his words. Instead of the sharp pain from earlier, he now felt comforted.

Jaewon did not believe him. This was because he had always assumed that he was fatally attractive. Moreover, he was convinced that teahyung, the dumb trash, would be head over heels in love with him for the rest of his life.

He guessed that he said so because he was fearful of the dire consequences at this moment.

Taehyung saw that Jungkook was silent and pointed at the red stain on the bed. He said, "Look there's the evidence that there's absolutely nothing between Jaewon and I."

How could Jungkook not know how pure he was...

He wouldn't have been able to fabricate this even if he tried. Indeed, it clarified his relationship with Jaewon and eased his anger.

Otherwise, he would already have killed someone by now.

Did his composed attitude suggest that he was no longer as resistant to him?

Jungkook's mood strangely become better.

Jaewon rushed to speak up as well. "Mr. Kim is right. CEO Jeon, you have to believe us. The two of us are really innocent."

In order to express his sincerity, he added the next set of word in a mellow voice. "You like Mr. Kim because you have 'special taste'. Not everyone's tastes are good as yours."
