"Tied by Destiny: A Rope of Love"

Destiny's Game and Two Hearts

On one side, there was the richest moneylender of the village, whose house was gleaming with gold, silver, and jewelry. He had no shortage of wealth, but his heart was completely made of stone and as hollow as a bowl—having no mercy for anyone. On the other side, in a small, broken-down hut in the same village, lived a poor farmer with his family. The farmer, his wife, and their one boy named Arpan, shed their sweat and blood in the fields from morning until evening just to earn a single meal a day. Their house was completely empty, but their hearts were filled with honesty.

See the game of destiny, that moneylender had a beautiful daughter named Hansika, who became friends with Arpan, the smart and dedicated boy of that poor farmer. Slowly, that friendship turned into innocent childhood love. One day, while sitting by the riverside, Hansika said, "Arpan, what will you do if papa separates us when we grow up?" Arpan looked into her eyes and replied, "I will study hard, Hansika, and become someone so big that no one will ever be able to separate us." But when the moneylender found out about this, his arrogance flared up in rage. Roaring in anger, he said, "A poor farmer's son dares to dream about my daughter? Kill this boy if he is ever seen around here again!"

The moneylender threatened to kill Arpan and, out of fear, immediately sent his daughter Hansika far away from the village. Hansika wept bitterly as she sat in the carriage, "Papa, please don't be so cruel, he is my friend!" But the moneylender did not listen to a single word. Arpan was left completely alone, but he did not give up. He was extremely talented in his studies, so he packed his few belongings and left the village for the city to study and make something of himself.

Life was not easy for the poor boy in the city. There too, people mocked his poverty and insulted him harshly. When he worked at a cheap roadside dhaba and studied under the streetlights at night, people would say, "Hey, farmer's son, no matter how much you study, you will always remain a rustic villager!" But Arpan quietly swallowed his pain and kept studying.Days turned into months, and college life became a battlefield of emotions for both of them. Arpan worked extra shifts at the dhaba, saving every single penny just to buy the books he needed, while Hansika tried her best to focus on her classes, though her mind constantly drifted back to the small childhood memories they once shared. Every time they passed each other in the narrow corridors of the college, a strange silence filled the air. They wanted to speak, to share the pain of their separation, but the shadows of the past and the fear of her ruthless father kept their lips sealed. Little did they know, the strings of destiny were winding tighter around them, pulling them toward a moment that would change their entire lives forever.
