After hearing Jevian word Matheo leave the palace with his man, leave Jevian who was sacrificed himself to buy more time for them, one thing that Matheo never know, right after he leave without anyone knowing, Jevian was fast to captured, he than throw into the prison and tortured, they force him to reveal where Matheo has gone, until Jevian was unable to make even a voice and hanging between live and death, every time and everyday. He lost his ability to hear, see and talk, he even lost the feeling of his hand and legs.

Matheo rise a power to rebels against the tyrant, but fail and was behead. On the day he was imprisoned, he meets with the man once he ignores, Jevian. Matheo was shocked beyond imagination, Jevian condition was very inhuman, chained on his neck, hands and legs. His body was showing a evident of heavy torturing, untreated wound cover under his torn clothes. He was laying without any more move on the floor.

“Happy reunion for both of you, eh? I place the both of you here! In the same cell! But I don’t know if he still alive or already death though! well I can’t kill him before killing you, so…well….” He just show a mocking face to Matheo “but he was stubborn enough to protect your running plan a year ago. And now he was blind, deaf, and mute. Not so different from being death right? Just breathing all he can do”

“what… HAVE YOU DONE TO HIM!!“ rage was burst out of him, his blood boiling, even so Matheo ignore Jevian existence, he never treat him bad or treat him so inhuman. And Jevian literally treat Matheo like a stranger. But seeing the only last person who was on his side end up like this was truly snap his sanity.

“YOU FU*KING MONSTER!!“

“HAHAH HAHAHA!! Oh~ Matheo… .. If you just die quite like your parents, and siblings maybe this never gonna happen~”

They attention was little bit drawer to Jevian who was make a small move, the chain that intact to him at the wall and floor make a small sound. Jevian was laying curled on the floor actually even breathing was pain on him. He wobbling as the pain kicking but his lips was sealed.

“JEVIAN!“ Matheo fast embrace Jevian, and place Jevian head on his laps.

“Well have fun in there, both of you. At last this last night you still can feel each other…. Because tomorrow there’s YOUR END OF LIFE!...... HAHAHAHAHA! “

He then left, leaving Matheo and dying Jevian alone to themselves, even Matheo was heavily wounded, but compared to Jevian conditions it was less torturing.

“I’m really a worse man for you, Jevian” told him with trembling voices tear start to fall from his eyes, regret and guilt has weighed his hear.

Jevian just groaned weakly, he didn’t know who was holding his head. He couldn’t hear, see or answer this person. But he could feel the trembling and sobbing of the person who was embracing him. Matheo trembling spelled his name on Jevian’s palm. Knowing who was embracing him, Jevian immediately cried, the wound in his eye made tear turn into blood, Jevian opened his mouth but no sound came out, but Matheo’s sobs became even more louder because in fact Jevian’s tongue had been cut.

“if God really punishing me ….sob……sob… because of my…hiks…sob… selfishness….hiks…hiks...sob… and arrogance, I hope there was a chance to turn back time…..hiks….sob…sob…. before everything was… began. I will save you….sob…..sob…..hiks…… and everyone who was die to protect me, I gonna make them who hurts us pay a hundred times more worse! I’m so sorry Jevian, I was ignorant and arrogant, in the end I chose a poison than a cure, I really wronged you in this life….“

Jevian struggling to place his hand to touch Matheo face softly and gently. Matheo fast to react and hold Jevian palm, Jevian mouth was moving but Matheo can’t understand a thing.

Matheo shook his head quickly, he know how painful Jevian in this condition to move.

before Matheo could finish his sentence, Jevian take his last breathe. Matheo panicked and tried to get a response from Jevian, but Jevian had given up, he could no longer fight the pain all over his body. Matheo hugged Jevian’s body tightly which was now lost its life, as if his wait all this time was for Matheo come to him he was waiting to say his goodbye, and Jevian’s message had been fully conveyed that he did not blame Matheo for all the deaths they had experienced.

“Jevian…if there was a next life, I will pay more my love to you, this betrayal will never be forgotten! They gonna pay more pain in the future!!.... I promise you I will not being blind and choose the wrong heart and home to stay"

His word make the heavens took a pity on him and give him a second chance. On the day of his execution the sky was darkened as if the storms was about to perform. In the second the blade cut off his head from its body, a massive lightning was strike and blind the everyone who was present at the arena. Time seem stopping right second and start to move in reverse back to the night before everything begin. Will Matheo change the outcome? Or will he forget his own promise.
