It shows a girl with long black hair, green eyes, green dyed tips of her hair, Nia is 17 years old, her left arm is missing but she still has her left arm, she is sitting at her desk with her homemade robot arm on her desk, wires attached to it as Nia types up commands and code on her computer, when it’s done, Nia clicks enter but her robotic arm malfunctions, she angrily slams her hand on her desk and red text appears on her computer saying “Error. LOL,” Nia rolls her eyes before trying some new codes and commands, her father who has brown hair and dark green eyes, looking to be in his 40s, Tobias Retro walks in and asks Nia if she’s still working on her robot arm and says he was going to buy her a new one, Nia tries the new commands and her robotic arm functions properly, she removes the wires and puts the robotic arm on the stump of where her left arm used to be, Tobias looks mildly impressed by his daughter’s work and leaves her room, telling her good night, Nia tests using the fingers of her robotic arm and it works smoothly for her, Nia takes off the arm and leaves it on her dresser before she heads to bed, the next morning, Nia’s alarm goes off at 6:30am, Nia gets up and puts on her clothes, putting on a black shirt and black shorts, she puts on her black jacket with green accents, her jacket being slightly torn and muddy but mostly in one piece, Nia heads out and walks towards the door but a light turns on and she is startled by her father sitting in a chair and looking at her suspiciously, Tobias asks where Nia is off to at this hour and Nia jokingly says that she’s sneaking out to make out with her boyfriend that she definitely has, Tobias laughs at the joke before turning serious and asking “seriously thought,” Nia groans and confesses that she was heading out to go find some old parts in the Slums for her robotic arm or parts to sell, Tobias says fine but tells Nia to be home by 8:00am, Nia nods and heads out of her father’s apartment, the sky was still dark as the sun barely began to rise, Nia looks through the alleyways of the Slums and finds busted and broken parts for technology, other parts were either intact or old, eventually she finds an old TechnoTech core and pockets it before continuing to walk, people had began to wake up and head to work while others roamed the streets, people began to crowd rounding a monitor displaying the news, a news reporter in her 20s is interviewing the overlord pop star known as Monica Mora, Monica has long hair dyed a hot pink, her eyes had contact lenses that made her eyes appear hot pink, she is Nia’s favorite singer in the city.
