Chapter 1

I was looking out through the window. It's raining so heavy outside, like that night when my world shattered around me, everything changed forever, and I got pushed into this hellhole. My world turn upside down completely.

I'm Rosaline Beaumont, elder daughter of Beaumont family, a well known and rich business family. My father Andrei Beaumont is the richest man in this country and own many companies and businesses. He was married to a top model Ana Beaumont, my mother. I got same features as her, puffy pink lips, curly hair, swan like sage green eyes and milky white skin, few freckles sprayed on cheeks. But good things don't last long. Clara, the cousin sister of my mother wanted to replace my mother. So she planned a very well plot and got my mother killed in an accident, and after her death she married my father. I still remember that rainy night when my mom was laying lifeless in coffin, I was just 4. After that day, my stepmother Clara showed her true colors. She wanted me to be gone from her way too, but I don't know why I'm still alive. They say every living being has a purpose in life. But I don't know what purpose I have in my life.

My stepmother has 2 children, Jonathan and Bianca. They are so sweet and well-behaved kids for the rest of the world. But for me? They are the monsters. Jonathan, I'm afraid of him very much here. He's a wolf in sheep's skin. Bianca, she is a very heartless woman who only know how to live like a parasite. My father know everything about this, the situation in house, but he was brainwashed completely. Clara fed him with all the lies that I'm a very ominous girl for which she lost her dear sister, I'm born in a star of wicked witch and will be ominous in everyone's life. So dad never step in whatever she or her children do to me. How he can be so dumb?! But I no more trust anyone, no single person.

Suddenly there is a loud knock on my door. It's perhaps around 2-3 of night. It must be him, that bastard Jonathan, he's here again. I hug my knees tightly and wrap my hands around me, my heart was thumping loudly. I've to look for a way to escape this, but don't know how to.

"Open up, you bitch. Are you dead inside or what? I said open the door now or else..." he bang on the door loudly as he yell from outside. My hands were trembling slightly in fear. All my past doings dance in front of my eyes. If I open this door today I'm dead. No.... I've to do something.

Something out of expectancy,

to survive,

from this hellhole.

Because no knight in shining armour and on white horse is coming to save me.
