Episode 3:POLICE CONFRONTATION

The morning sun filtered softly through the curtains of the guest room. Rohan walked in, carrying a tray of warm breakfast, with Shivaniya following closely behind him.

Navya sat up in bed, her eyes red and teary. Seeing them enter, she looked directly at Rohan, her voice trembling. "Rohan, I need to talk to you." Rohan nodded kindly, but Navya’s eyes flicked over to Shivaniya. "Alone, please."

Shivaniya raised her hands in a relaxed, understanding gesture. "Oh, sorry," she said smoothly, turning on her heel to leave the room.

Once the door clicked shut, Navya looked down guiltily. "Sorry, I asked your girlfriend to leave."

A faint smile touched Rohan’s lips. "No, she's not my girlfriend." Navya nodded nervously, a quiet relief washing over her face before Rohan gently changed the subject. "How's your husband? Any kids?"

At the mention of her family, Navya’s eyes instantly filled with fresh tears. Her gaze darted around the room in absolute fear, her breathing turning shallow.

"Rohan, I need your help," she sobbed, burying her face in her hands. "They took my daughter, Pretty, from me."

Rohan’s heart dropped, shock visible on his face. He leaned in closer. "Calm down, Navya. Tell me, what happened?"

"We had a daughter, Pretty. She was four years old, and she was my everything... our everything, me and Devray," she explained through her tears, her voice cracking under the weight of the memory. "But one day, she didn't want to go to school because she was feeling shy. I convinced her to go anyway. We drove there, but before I knew what was happening, right outside the school, two masked men appeared. They slapped me hard, forced the car door open, and grabbed Pretty."

She paused, weeping hysterically at the horror of it. "I tried to stop them, Rohan! I screamed for help, but no one saved me. They knocked me out cold. When I finally woke up in a hospital... everyone was telling me I never had a daughter."

Rohan’s expression darkened with deep worry and confusion as he listened to her devastating story.

Outside in the mansion's courtyard, the atmosphere was entirely different. Shivaniya was practicing her sword fighting, her movements sharp, elegant, and lethal. Sanju walked up to the edge of the lawn, holding a cup of water and wearing a nervous, starstruck smile.

"Ma'am, you are so good with swords," Sanju piped up, completely mesmerized.

Shivaniya paused her movements, wiping a bead of sweat from her brow, and smiled. "You think so?"

Sanju nodded happily, his eyes wide. "You can take on everyone!"

Amused by his enthusiasm, Shivaniya laughed and lowered her weapon, placing it aside. "Will you give me the water or not?"

"Oh! Yes, of course," Sanju stammered, quickly stepping forward to hand her the cup. He stood there silently, looking on happily as she took a sip.

Just then, the heavy front doors opened, and Rohan emerged from the house supporting a frail-looking Navya. He caught Shivaniya's eye across the courtyard. "I will be back," Rohan called out. Shivaniya nodded as Rohan led Navya to his car, and the two of them quickly drove away.

Meanwhile, in a dimly lit warehouse across town, Arjun was trying to discuss a new smuggling route with Amrita. He was in the middle of explaining the details when she abruptly checked her watch and cut him off.

"I'm busy right now, please send someone else to handle it," Amrita said dismissively.

Arjun narrowed his eyes, his tone shifting. "Busy?"

Amrita just offered a tight smile, gave a brief nod, and walked out without another word. Arjun stared after her, his suspicion growing deeper by the second.

Over at the city precinct, Rohan and Navya walked through the front doors. The moment they stepped into the bustling station, Navya began shaking violently in fear, grabbing Rohan’s sleeve.

"They won't help," Navya whispered in tears, pulling back toward the exit. "The last time I came here, they tried to misbehave with me."

Rohan froze, shock instantly turning into absolute, burning fury. "Show me. Who did that?"

Navya’s trembling finger pointed across the room toward a pair of officers lounging by a desk. Catching her eye, one of the officers smirked and nudged his partner.

"Oh, if it isn't the beautiful girl again," he mocked openly. Both officers burst into a loud, mocking laugh.

Spurred on by Rohan's protective stance, the two officers stood up and aggressively confronted him, stepping right into his space. "What would you do, hero?" one sneered.

Rohan didn't waste a breath. Driven by sheer anger, his fist whipped out, connecting solidly with the officer's jaw. The cop crashed to the floor. Seeing their colleague drop, the rest of the officers in the room rushed forward. A chaotic brawl broke out, but Rohan moved like a hurricane, fighting fiercely and beating down every single officer who lunged at him.

"Stop this right now!" a booming voice echoed through the precinct.

A senior officer marched out of the main office, his commanding presence finally forcing the chaotic fight to a sudden halt.

Back at the mansion, entirely oblivious to the chaos at the station, Sanju was leaning against a pillar, excitedly recounting his morning interaction to Abhi.

Abhi let out a heavy, tired sigh. "I told you to stop this already. Rohan will kill you."

Sanju just smiled confidently, waving his hand dismissively. "Dude, Rohan is completely busy with his ex-girlfriend right now. I don't think Shivaniya is his main attention at the moment. I need to make my move now."

Abhi shook his head, sighed deeply at his friend’s stubbornness, and walked away, leaving Sanju to his daydreams.

Inside the senior officer's private office, a tense silence hung in the air. Senior Officer Mukesh sat behind his heavy desk, staring sternly at Rohan and Navya, who stood before him.

"You know I could arrest you right now for attacking officers of the law, right?" Mukesh said, his voice grave.

Rohan glared right back, completely unfazed. "And what they did to her was right?"

Mukesh held his gaze for a long moment before letting out a breath. "No. That is why I am warning you not to try a stunt like that again. I have heard about your case, and I am going to assign Officer Saif to investigate it personally."

Rohan and Navya gave a tight nod of agreement and turned to leave. On their way out of the office, they bumped right into a man leaning against the doorframe. It was Officer Saif. He was dressed in casual, civilian clothes, a cigarette dangling loosely from his lips. He casually stepped aside to let them pass.

Once they were gone, Saif stepped into the office, his demeanor shifting into standard military precision. He saluted his superior. "Sir!"

Mukesh looked up from his paperwork, his expression dead serious. "Saif, I need you to look into a kidnapping case."

Saif’s eyes narrowed, his casual attitude vanishing as a look of intense seriousness took over his face.
