I Accidentally Crossed to the Beast World While Showering!!?

* The first day in the beast world

Ayan , A university student who has been working part-time jobs for money.

She's poor and doesn't have family. She grew up alone in an orphanage. That day after returning from work she went to take a shower before going to bed. While showering, she accidentally slipped and fell hard on floor and hit her head. She passed out there and when she opened her eyes she found herself on a lake. A lake in middle of jungle. Surrounded by giant tall trees. She shivered from the cold. Her breath catching as she looked around. Gigantic ferns, their leaves were wide... she'd never seen a leaf like that before. Strange blue flowers hung from the weeping branches of massive trees.

Was she dreaming? She tried pinching herself" ow "it hurts. It's real. Everything's real. But how is this possible.

Not only that, but she was a bit scared. She was sure she just slipped and passed out, and now she's suddenly in this strange jungle. She wasn't sure what was going on...

Then she waited. Minutes bled into what felt like hours then finally she decided to step out and look around. It's not like that she can stay in water forever, but she was naked and if she stays any longer in water she would freeze for sure.

She took a deep breath and then padded towards the shallower edge of the lake. The water receded to her waist, then to her thighs, exposing her soft, pale curves to the humid jungle air. Her skin seemed to glow against the dark, vibrant backdrop of the foliage. She took one step onto the smooth, moss-covered stones of the bank, her toes sinking into the damp velvet texture.

Then, the water behind her rippled...

........

It wasn't a splash. It was a slow, heavy parting of the surface, a soundless displacement of water that made the hairs on the back of Shi Yan’s neck stand on end.

She froze, every muscle in her body locking tight. Slowly, with a dread that made her stomach drop, she turned her head to look back at the pool.

Rising from the center of the lake was a silhouette torn from a nightmare.

It was a snake. But to call it merely a snake felt like an insult to the sheer, terrifying majesty of the creature. Its body was colossal, thick as an ancient tree trunk, clad in scales of the deepest, most flawless obsidian. As the creature rose higher, the filtered sunlight caught the edges of its armor, refracting into a dangerous, oily sheen of violet and emerald. It had been resting in the deep bed of the lake for a long time, completely undisturbed, until she had arrived.

Ayan gasped, her hands flying to her chest to cover herself, though her eyes remained glued to the beast.

The serpent’s head breached the surface, water cascading off its sleek, angular snout like miniature waterfalls. It didn't strike. It didn't hiss. It simply loomed over her, its massive body coiling with a terrifying, effortless grace.

And then, she looked into its eyes.

They were slits of molten gold, burning with an intelligence that was distinctly, undeniably not animal. The serpent stared down at her, its gaze sweeping over her trembling, naked form, taking in her deep blue eyes and her soft, pale features.

The most unsettling part? The snake was... beautiful. Ridiculously, mesmerizingly beautiful. Its lines were too perfect, its movements too elegant, its presence possessing a dark, hypnotic allure that commanded absolute submission. It carried the chilling, seductive aura of a apex predator that knew it owned every breath she took.

The sheer shock of the situation—the reality of her death, the surreal jungle, her own nakedness, and now this magnificent, terrifying monster staring into her soul—shattered the last of Ayan's composure.

The world tilted. The golden eyes of the serpent blurred into a smear of light. Before she could even scream, her knees buckled, and her world went completely black as she collapsed forward onto the soft, mossy bank.

To be continued.
