it's too early in the story but I am still gonna give my theory, but I believe seb loves Ivor cause his captivating like so far we have seen Ivor is just an amazing person he is bright, outgoing, friendly, warm etc so he is attracted to his overall personality and mistaking those feelings for romantic feelings (I don't know what I am cooking😅)
