SU FEI AND THE RED SOUL ORB

Three years later:

Su Fei celebrates his three years birthday with his extended family; they all came to celebrate Su Fei birthday because three years of age is the starting of a journey for a Fei soul .

The guard went back, he opened the Palace gate and said You all can enter but females on the right and males on the left, no much noise please, let here be silent, the Royal family are coming out.

Madam Fei came our with 3 years old Su Fei and the entire extended family.

" Greetings everyone" Madam Fei greeted them.

One person among the crowd came out, Your highness we have all prepared a gift, prayers and other things for the prince, please grant us permission, Madam Fei agreed, they all gifted Baby Fei wonderful gifts and hard felt prayers.

One old woman among the crowd came out, you have such a good looking son here, he will grow up to be that intelligent son like the king, but you see at this age of his, he will face hard challenges, he will be brought down by other but lifted up by ur prayers and the gods, Your highness don't leave the prince alone, keep a close eyes on him, the old women went back in the crowd, Madam Fei tried looking for her in the crowd but didn't see her .

SU Fei Meets Lead Warrior

A su fei was crwling when he hit his legs on a huge stone, he started crying then with his little baby hands he broke the stone into pieces, he started laughing cause he saw it as fun, but in this case at age three, Su fei powers has started showing,

The Palace maids came to check up on Su fei when they saw the guards unconscious and Su Fei just sitting still,

They got closer to su fei whenAl of a sudden a red fire burning, came out of his hands, the maids rushed to carry su fei but as they were about touching the fire they felt a shock.

They took Su fei to Madam Fei.

Madam fei was with su fei grandmother.

What's happening, Grandmother said, We saw the guards knocked down and a fire came out of su fei hands, we were about touching it when we felt electric shock, one of the maid said.

Fire? Electric shock? Madam fei asked

Yes mam the maid said. 'This is sign that su fei is getting ready for any upcoming fight, that is Su fei powers, 'fire breathing' 🔥, grandmother said.

Madam fei with the magical gift

Madam fei went to her cupboard to bring out one of the gift the villagers gave Su fei, 'mom I've been looking at this gift since and it dosent feel right' madam fei said, uhmm maid please drop su fei on the bed and leave, grandmother said.

The maids left and grandmother picked up the gift, it was a red globe in a transparent box.

'I've seen this before, it's a gift that all the souls, and warrior must have and I'm sure that one of the people in the crowd was a warrior' grandmother said

The old woman, the woman that was saying affirmation and confirmation to su fei, she gave him this , I remember, madam fei said with a worries on her face.

Then we need to find her but first let's go to Socerer Mell, he'd tell us more about it

Sorcerer Mell with Madam Fei and grandmother

They walked through the long stone hallway to Sorcerer Mell's tower. The air smelled like old books and smoke.

Madam Fei held the red globe tight in her hands. Su Fei was quiet, but the globe kept glowing faintly whenever he looked at it.

The door opened on its own. Sorcerer Mell was old, with a long white beard and eyes that looked like they had seen a thousand years.

"So," he said without turning around, "you brought the Soul Orb."

Madam Fei stepped forward. "What is it? Why was it given to my son?"

Sorcerer Mell finally turned. He looked straight at Su Fei and frowned. "Because the fifth soul has awakened. And when a fifth soul awakens, war follows."

Madam Fei grabbed Su Fei closer. "War? What kind of war?"

Sorcerer Mell picked up the red globe. It pulsed in his hands. "The kind that comes for souls like his. This orb will teach him to control the fire... but he must train. Now."

Su Fei looked up. For the first time, the fire inside him didn't burn. It listened.

Sorcerer Mell’s eyes darkened. He took the red globe from Madam Fei’s hands, and the room went cold.

"This is no ordinary gift," he whispered. "This Soul Orb was not made by hands. It was sealed a thousand years ago, to contain what should never be free."

Madam Fei frowned. "The old woman... who was she?"

Mell turned to the window. Outside, the sky had turned black, though it was still afternoon. "That was no villager. That was a Watcher. They walk among us when a fifth soul is born. They give gifts... and they take lives."

He looked back at Su Fei, and his voice dropped low.

"If the globe cracks, Su Fei, the fire inside you will not be yours to command. It will command you.

And in 7 years, the Lead Warrior will return. Not to train you. Not to save you.

He will come to see if you are worthy to live... or if you must be ended."

Grandma fei was worried "this too much for just a little boy"

Socerer Mell smiled and said"its better to train him now that to lose him later"

Bring him for training tomorrow, forget he's just 3yrs old, Socerer Mell said

The next day

Training with Socerer Mell

That same night, training began.

Sorcerer Mell set the red Soul Orb on a stone pedestal in the middle of his tower. Candles flickered around it, and the air felt heavy.

"Hold it," Mell commanded.

Su Fei stepped forward, hands shaking. The moment his fingers touched the globe, heat shot up his arms. Images flashed in his head — fire, war, a warrior with a black spear standing over him.

"Focus!" Mell shouted. "The orb doesn’t give you power. It takes it. It teaches you to hold it back. If you fail, it will burn you from the inside out."

Madam Fei watched from the doorway, clutching her chest. Su Fei gritted his teeth. Sweat dripped down his face. The globe pulsed brighter... then calmed.

For the first time, the fire listened.

Mell exhaled. "Good. You have 7 years. We start again at dawn."
