Cafeteria

" friends ?? " Emma was deep in her thoughts as she was sitting in the school cafeteria on what seems to be the largest table and also the largest group in the room .

" can I take another step after what happened to me , will they be able to pull me out of the past ?? " Emma thought looking at the group who were laughing and smiling except a single person who is the stories hero . He didn't say anything to them but was smiling lightly and looking at them as if admiring their beauty.

" hey Emma , I am a part of the school musical band can you please come and watch the after school concert . please..........." Daniel said giving her his most cutest face .

" huh ......." Emma dragged not knowing what to do . " okay fine " she said not able take the cute look on the groups face. " anyway I don't have part time job today so fine .....I guess " Emma thought to herself .

it was all first time for her . Her so called best friends did not even care for her . she used to always sit and eat alone at the cafeteria and so this was a foreign feeling to her .

she glanced at everyone and was happy as everyone seemed to be genuine towards her .

Emma never got to experience what was friendship in her life and also love .

" sigh .......I hope they stay like this forever and hope no problem occurs in their life ". Emma thought looking at everyone happily laughing at each other.

Emma's POV :

The next period was maths . I was actually not interested in the class as I was thinking about my so called ' parents ' that's when I noticed that the teacher was calling at me saying " The student next to Jacob , solve this sum " he said not knowing my name because I was new to this school.

Jacob and his group were a little worried as they knew I never listened to the class and I saw some students smirking as they thought I am going to become a laughingstock of the class.

But ............to their suprise I walked over to the board without a worry , took the chalk form the teachers table and solved the problem without hesitation. " that's the right answer " the teacher replied with his jaws wide open.

I looked at the students who were smirking earlier and gave a devilish smirk with much more intensity that them.

Jacobs POV :

The teacher called Emma who was looking outside the window to solve the sum . I was a little worried cause I saw she didn't even listen to the sums how is she going to solve it ???

while I was thinking about all these she walked over to the board confidently took the chalk from the teachers table and started doing the sums . within minutes she finished the sum which the teacher called ' hard ' .

everyone's jaw dropped and so did mine .while I was looking at her as if a alien as just entered out from its UFO she turned to a group of girls who had the same reaction as mine and gave the coldest glare I have ever seen. To be serious I sensed my body shivering at her and here I was A MAN.
