"You're too slow!" the trainer shouted, striking Simon's back with a practice stick.
Simon couldn't help glaring at her. Oh God, if only I could kick this woman's butt. Ever since he became an idol trainee, the trainer had made him the constant target of criticism.
"I'm sorry, ma'am. I'll try harder," he said, bowing.
(IN HER IMAGINATION)
"Who do you think you are?" simon snapped, grabbing the woman's hair.
"Touch me again, and I swear—well... I don't hit people, but don't push me!"
The woman immediately dropped to her knees.
"Oh, sir Simon , I'm so sorry! I didn't mean it. Please forgive me!"
Simon looked down at her and shoved her face away in annoyance.
(BACK TO REALITY)
A smile escaped Simon's lips as he thought about the imaginary scene.
"What are you smiling about?" Mrs Caroline asked, narrowing her eyes.
"Nothing, ma'am. I'm sorry," Simon replied quickly, bowing once again.
Oh!He can't forget in haste the day she asked him to perform on his own and he ended embarrassing himself he got half of the step bad and even mistakenly bombed on a girl
Remembering the incident Simon shivered that was terrible, he mumbled
Continue,Mrs Caroline ordered turning to him
Simon bowed following others step to continue
After practice, Simon couldn't help wondering why he was always the target. he remembered being bullied when he was younger and how he had never been able to stand up for himself.
Lost in thought, he didn't realise he had been standing in the same spot for several minutes. His clothes had become caught on a doorknob, and as he struggled to free himself, the delicate fabric tore, ripping off the lower part of his outfit.
Frustrated, Simon rolled his bright sea-blue eyes.
"Can this day get any worse?" he whispered.
Little did he know... it was only the beginning.
When his name was called, Simon froze in shock.
Everyone around him erupted into cheers. For them, becoming an idol trainee was a dream come true.
For simon...
It was the beginning of a nightmare.
Simon was the only child of two successful business owners. His father owned a large company, while his mother ran a famous five-star restaurant.
As for simon's dream?
It had never been the stage.
he wanted to build a company of his own, inherit his father's business one day, and live life on her own terms.
But he was standing in the training hall because of one reason—
It was his father's wish.
"You'll become a celebrity," he would always say with confidence.
"And you have such a beautiful voice! Why not become a singer? Maybe a K-pop idol... or even a T-pop idol," his mother would add excitedly.
"We'll watch you on television every day and proudly tell everyone, 'That's our son.'"
Their eyes always sparkled as they imagined him accepting award after award.
There was only one problem.
The rules of the family were absolute.
No child was allowed to question their parents' decisions.
Simon had tried countless times to object.
Every single attempt ended with the same reminder—
"Those are the family rules."
