Episode 1

"What is that SHINIZE! You act so slowly, we will be late! What are you doing?!" Syl shouted from below.

"A moment Syl! Don't shout!" I shouted back. She’s already here.

"Why! Haist! Hurry up!"

This one is in a hurry. It seems like we are not used to being late now. We only spent about two days in one week without being late.

"SHINIZE!!"

I just laughed at what she said.

Fortunately, Syl has calmed down!

"Again?! You always say that." complaint by Professor Cross and she suddenly fell silent. Why is it? I slowly raised my head to look at Professor Cross. She was sweating as she looked at Syl. I looked around and saw that my classmates were holding back their laughter.

I also don't know if I will laugh or feel sorry for Professor Cross. It's not new to us either. We are like this every time we are late.

"May we take our seat now, Professor Olivia Cross?" Syl said emphatically so I looked at her and Professor Cross. Syl really doesn't miss anything even our Professors. They sweat every time she stares at them. Professor seems to be getting cold; he is holding both of his arms. Syl is really different. Professor Cross first wiped her dripping sweat and spoke.

"O-okay, take your seat!" said Professor Cross after he wiped away the sweat. Syl and I also sat down. It's really good that she has menstruation now. But I thought, is that good?

"What are you smiling and thinking about, Shin?" Goodness! She called me Shin, maybe she's okay, she's not angry anymore.

"Hehe, nothing, Syl." but even so, I was still nervous, she was scary.

"Ahh." she only said and then took the book inside her bag and read. It's always like that, she doesn't listen but if you ask she can answer the question. My friend is smart and beautiful so I am proud.

Fortunately, the bell rang. Our class on Professor Cross's subject is over.

"Okay Class, see you tomorrow and next time don't be late, Ms. Shinize and Ms. Ral." Professor Cross said so I looked at her but she was gone so I just looked at Syl and I wasn't wrong, she looked at Professor Cross.

"Hey, girls, you're late again." said Autumn to us. He was standing on the side of Syl's desk.

"Haha. Let's go to the Cafeteria." said Autumn.

"Oh, all right, come on!" I said cheerfully. I am also hungry. I pulled Syl because she might not come.

I forgot. I will introduce myself to you. By the way, I am Rin Shinize, you can call me Rin or Shin.

I am 19 years old and studying at Haynes University. Aestine Syler Ral is my best friend, I call her Syl and Autumn Heartily is her cousin. The three of us are friends.

"Why?!" Syl frowned when she asked her cousin who was already sitting in her chair.

"Because you are not sanctifying anything, even our Professor is sweating because of you." she answered Syl's question and ate her hamburger again. "Isn't it, Rin ?!" then she looked at me. Still chewing. This woman is really different. I just ignored it and answered her question.

"Yes, we were holding back a laugh earlier." I answered her question and ate the sandwich I bought.

"Tss." Syl just answered us, and then Autumn and I laughed. Eventually the students got into a commotion. Someone is being bullied again. Every time bullying happens, I get nervous. I remember what happened to me before.

11 years ago...

As I was walking down the hallway of our school when I was in Grade School, I could hear my fellow students talking about me again.

I fell when a student blocked my foot with his foot. The books I was carrying fell to the floor. I came from the library. I just ignored them, I just stood up and took my belongings and walked again. I'm used to this but even though I'm used to it, it still hurts, but I can handle it. I just ignore them. What have I done wrong with them? I continued walking and opened the door of our room. As soon as I opened it, Nickel startled me with her cross-arms looking at me.

“Come in, Rin." She said to me with a smile. I will not be surprised. It is always like that every time something foolish is done or will be done. I ignored what he said and just went inside. As soon as I closed the door I was flooded with water. A cold water. The books I brought were also wet with water. My classmates just laughed at me especially Nickel and her friends Eila and Maisha who initiated it. I was just stunned by what happened. My tears flowed, but I quickly wiped them away when I heard the door behind me open.

"Oh, Shin? What happened? Why are you so wet?" he was surprised when he saw me soaking wet.

"Ahh ... what ..." I did not know what to say. But he cut it.

"Did Nickel do it again?" he said calmly but I could feel the anger in his tone. I couldn't answer so I just nodded.

"Is there nothing else you can do in your life? What did Shin do to you, huh?" he shouted at Nickel. She just raised an eyebrow at her before answering.

"She's the only one who's always with Hiro. It's annoying to look at. They're always together -" Nickel replied to him but he cut it.

"That's your only reason Nickel? That's your only reason to bully her?" he said again.

"Why you, Wynter? Aren't you annoyed because they are always together? You like Rin, don't you? Aren't you annoyed?" Nickel scolded him with her eyebrows still raised and put her hands on her waist. Wynter could not answer.

I was surprised by what Nickel said. Wynter likes me? That is impossible, because all I know is that he likes Mere.

Our classmates are already looking at us. "Oh, you can't even answer." Nickel added. "Let's go, girls. Let's not waste our time on these losers." said Nickel and started walking towards Wynter and me and intentionally hit me on the shoulder. "Ouch! What! You're blocking the way! Stupid!" she said angrily. I just picked up the books I borrowed from the Library that got wet because of what Nickel did.

I went to my seat, I just sat and cried. My classmates didn't even look at us. I felt Wynter on my side.

"Are you alright, Shin?" there was concern in his voice.

"Y-yes Wynter, I'm fine." I looked at him and smiled.

"Are you sure?" he assured.

"Of course. I'm used to it. I don't even pay attention to them anymore. I can't do anything because there are three of them, I'm alone. And when I complain, it gets worse.” it's true eh, my older brother and mother will just worry about me. I don't want to see them worrying about me.

"But they will always bully you." he reasoned.

"That's okay, Wynter. I'll put up with it." I assured him.

"Why did Hiro leave you?" he said so I was stunned. But later he calmed down. I just stood up and took the t-shirt I always carried in my bag and went to the comfort room to put on new clothes. My older brother will definitely be surprised.

Time to go home. I saw my older brother at the gate of our school and he was waiting for me.

"Oh, why are you dressed like that? Where is your uniform?" my older brother asked immediately when he saw what I was wearing.

"Ahh, brother, my uniform got wet with water earlier, because I watered the plants at the back of the school." I lied to him.

"Is that so? Let's go." my older brother said and I just nodded. The next day, I was walking into the school when someone ran into me, and he did not even apologize. When I saw who was the person I just didn't look at her, it was Nickel.

"Opps, you're blocking the way." she said and she flips her hair and walked away.

I just ignored him and just walked again. I went straight to my seat when I entered the classroom. Later Ma'am Strauss also entered.

"Rin Shinize, Nickel Blake, Eila Freich and Maisha Saige, go to the Principal's Office. Now." said Ma'am. I'm nervous. Why were we called to the principal's office? I did not tell my older brother what happened yesterday. We went inside; they really did not miss a chance. Up to this point, they have been bullying me. They pushed me inside to get ahead and they followed. I was surprised because I saw my older brother sitting in the chair in front of the Principal. I was nervous so I just bowed. I do not know what to do.

"Please take your seat." said the Principal. I sat next to my older brother and then Nickel sat in front of us. Nickel and Eila looked up at my older brother, while Maisha bowed.

"What did I hear? You three are bullying Rin?" the principal asked immediately. None of us answered the Principal's question. We remained silent. None of us spoke.

Our principal was about to speak when my older brother spoke.

"What did Rin do to the three of you? To bully her?" Outside my older brother was calm but inside I was sure he was angry. But he did not get an answer from them so he just sighed. "I don't want you to bully Rin anymore." That's all he said and our principal spoke.

"Next time Nickel and company, don't bully Rin, because if it happens again I will call your parents and maybe I will suspend you." Nickel was surprised by what the principal said. Nickel looked at me badly.

We left the Principal's Office and went straight to the room. My older brother accompanied me back to the classroom to make sure Nickel won’t bully me.

Nickel went inside first with Maisha and Eila.

"Thank you, brother." I said. My older brother caressed my head.

"You are my sister so of course I will protect you. I will not tell mom first because I know she will be worried about you." he said to me and smiled, my older brother is really the only one I can run to.

"Yes brother." I told him. He said goodbye to me so I went inside the classroom.

I sat down straight in my chair and silently listened to Ma'am's lesson. Wynter is absent today. So now I am eating alone in the canteen. I was eating quietly when Nickel approached me.

"Hey! Shinize! You complained to your brother?!" he shouted at me. I ignored them and just bowed my head.

"Hey !! We're talking to you!" Eila pulled my hair so I screamed in pain.

"Ouch! It hurts! Let me go." I beg. I was crying in great pain. I fell to the floor because of Eila's strong pull on my hair and caused us to get the attention of all the students in the canteen.

"That's what suits you! You're talkative!" Eila shouted at me and the three of them laughed.

" All right, report to your brother again!" Maisha also groaned. "That's all you can do, right?" he asked me.

"What's happening here?" We were all shocked by Ma'am Strauss' sudden appearance and caused Nickel to leave and stop bullying me.

"I'm not done with you yet, Shinize!" she said while running. I was left sitting on the floor and crying.

"Go back to your classroom's." said Ma'am Strauss to the other students who were looking at me. "Stop crying now, Rin." worried Ma'am said to me. I just nodded. "What happened?" Ma'am asked as I stopped crying.

"Nickel thought I had complained to my older brother, so we were summoned to the principal's office. They also said that I was talkative even though I did not tell my older brother." I answer Ma'am's question. Ma'am sighed then spoke again.

"Why didn't you fight back?" later she asked me again.

"They won't believe me." I answered again then I played with my fingers.

"Ahh, come here, let's fix your hair." said Ma'am so I obeyed. She combed my hair.

Going home; I walk out of the school grounds quietly and alone. I don't have anyone with me because I don't have my best friend. A friend of mine was absent today. He has been defending me since Hiro and his family left.

Hiro Trave is my childhood friend. We were always together then. We go in and out of school together so many are jealous of me. One of them was Nickel, so they bullied me when Hiro left.

We did not even say goodbye to each other. Fortunately, Wynter was there and he was the one defending me.

"Let's go together, Rin." I was shocked because Ma'am suddenly appeared.

"It's okay Ma'am, my older brother will pick me up." I said to Ma'am.

"Oh, all right. I'll go with you first while you wait for your older brother. Is that okay with you?" Ma'am was really pushy, so I just agreed.

"All right." I just told her and smiled. Soon my older brother arrived.

"Come on, Rin." said my older brother. "Thank you, Ma'am for accompanying my brother to wait for me." my older brother said with a smile.

"No problem, Kenzie." Ma'am knew my brother, Kenzie because he was also her student then. Brother Kenzie is the only one I can lean on because Hiro is not there. I miss Hiro again.

"Also, are you okay?" Autumn asked me a worriedly and it brought me back to reality. He noticed that I was shaking.

"I'm okay, don't worry." I stammered.

"Let’s go, Autumn, Rin." said Syl so I looked at her. We exited the cafeteria and I immediately went to the window to breathe.

"Are you really okay, Rin?" Autumn asked again. I took a deep breath before answering Autumn's question.

"Of course." I said cheerfully and with a smile so that he would not have to worry. "Let's just go back to the room. We'll be late again later." I said while looking at Syl.

"Tsk." she just said that Autumn and I laughed.

Time to go home. The three of us walked quietly.

"Guy's want to stop and have some food trip?" Autumn broke the silence, after all, the silence was deafening.

"All right, it's still early." Syl agrees. Miraculously did she agree? "Are you coming, Rin?" she asked me.

"Of course! Will I still refuse? You know me right? I don't dislike food." I answered Syl enthusiastically.

"Okay! Let's go!" then Syl dragged me. She's not very hungry, is she?

Autumn actually ate a lot, but I was worse. Hahaha. But it is not obvious because her body is sexy. What is this woman's secret?

"You're home, Rin." mom said when she saw me.

"Ah, yes." I answered mama and then kissed her. I used to kiss every time I came home. It was dark when we got home, because Autumn insisted. It's good that Syl got bored quickly so we went home.

"Get dressed and we'll eat." said mama again.

"Ah, ma, I will not eat, because we ate earlier before going home. I will just rest." I replied to mom and went upstairs.

"Just come down if you're hungry!" mama shouted from below. When I entered the room I immediately got dressed and lay down on the bed. I sighed. It was a tiring day even though I didn't do much.
