Dahyun's mother sat on a plastic chair since her right leg was really sore and she could only hobble around when she needed to move:
Mom: "Look at you, so sweaty and almost out of breath! I told you to stop working on weekdays when you have school to attend to— you never listen!"
Dahyun started to sigh as she doggedly put her big, black backpack on top of their small kitchen table. She said:
"Mom, I'm not that tired.. please stop worrying about me, I want you to have your injured leg treated and help in lessening the bills here.."
Before her mother could even reply, the loud voice of her father came in from the fragrant kitchen:
"Hey that's enough, dinner's ready! I cooked tteobokki for tonight... "
Dahyun still has some homework to do; an English essay, three page math problem, a Science lesson summary and a movie review from History.
As a result of her homeworks, Dahyun chose to have a light dinner in order to finish all those tedious homework.
Dahyun was extremely concentrated in solving her Mathematics homework while she is supported by her small, but trusty nightlight; she was in the middle of solving the second page of her Mathematics homework when her cellphone rang.
Dahyun looked up, it was Nara:
"What's up with you, Nara? why are you calling? don't you have homework to do?"
"Wow, you talk as if you don't want me anymore.. neomuhae.. "
Dahyun smiled as she was calculating the formula for the equation:
"You know that's not what I meant, Nara; silly girl.. hahahaha.. "
"Anyway, the ramyeon house that I went to earlier was really good as the people had said; that beef ramyeon was irresistible! you have got to come with me next time.."
"I will, Nara.. By the way, do you need help in your homework? I'm currently solving mathematical problems in Page two.. "
"Yeah.. ehehe... that's one of the reasons I called you.. mianhae.. "
".. I knew it! ahaha.. "
Dahyun was tired and fell asleep on top of her many homeworks; her mother wanted to call her but she found out that she was asleep.
I was walking on the way to school, it was weird because I always rode my bike to get there.
The day was sunny and the reflections of the sun's rays blended well with willow tree leaves as I walked pass; it almost created a filtered effect like when you take a selfie.
The way to Channgu Highschool seemed to be longer and the more I walked, the farther the path became. Maybe it was just my annoying headache.
I decided to walk faster but the road lengthened even more and it prompted me to run, I knew that I was going to be late for school.
That's when the school totally disappeared from my sight; I was frustrated as I glanced at my watch:
5:00 am
How could that happen?!
