Unfortunate

Arianne opened her eyes in a white and modern classy room.

I need to go out and find a phone to call Shawn. she muttered in herself with daggers in her eyes to escape in the unnatural room.

"Unusual" she said, "I'm not tied up"

She walk slowly through the room and scan it. It was empty. Now she go to the balcony and was shocked to see a very large landscape, with a fountain in the middle.

"Beautiful!" she exclaimed, when suddenly the door opened and she hide in the balcony.

It was indeed beautiful but what am I doing here?

She gulped and blink her eyes a few times when the door of the balcony opened.

"There you are," a man with red hair came forward and pull her.

"Wait, what are you doing?!" she exclaimed in fear. "Let me go!"

But he just remained silent with a gloomy mood. In a room, a man in a butler suit came forward,

"Young master, let us handle young miss." it said politely, behind him was the maid.

"Alright,"

Oh he can be polite if needed.

"Young miss," then the butler guide her.

"Make sure she's well dressed up," Arianne was left in shocked.

"Wait wait wait!" she shouted in Herna language. "What the **** are you doing?!" she shouted. With her martial art, she was able to throw the two maids.

"Grab her!" the butler shouted. But Arianne just smirked.

"Nah-uh," then she smirked. Seeing that she's just in 2nd floor, jumping wont hurt so bad. But what did she miscalculate is that where will she land.

There are a lot of dog waiting for her but she still jump.

"Uh oh! WAAAAAH!" She knew in this moment that she fucked up, but she has to embrace herself and face it when suddenly, before she hit the rock beneath the dogs, the time has frozen, but she can move?

She slowly lands and run before the time runs again. But... how?

Many things are on her mind until she feel exhausted, didnt know what was draining her. In Hernaioux, she could run 50km without getting tired.

"Ugh so tired..." thats when she slowly feel that time is running again and she felt so dizzy.

'This time freeze ability is taking a toll on me. But I didnt know if its really me.' she thought in her mind. She continue running towards the exit. This land is so big.

This is a vast forest. She felt so tired and weak so she use this opportunity to sleep when suddenly she slip and fell in the cliff.

"A young girl, perhaps," The woman paused. Her hair is slightly bun, while her husband continue observing Aria.

"She's a foreigner,"

"Obviously," Her wife murmured.

"Let's wait for her to wake up and let her rest," suddenly Arianne opened her eyes.

"Where am I?" she asked.

"You are in our house," said the man.

"In your house? Oh!" she squick as she felt pain in her head.

'Damn, it hurts'

"Are you okay?" The wife ask.

"Y-yes I am, I need to go back now!" she exclaimed. She stands up.

The room is made up of bamboo and bamboo husk, so it is cold. The air is fresh. This is her first time seeing this so it is interesting.

"How about your injury?" The wife ask again. Her eyes is full of concern. Arianne never felt this way from her family.

When she observe, she saw that they are wearing a clothes with stain if mud, probably from farming.

"Yes, might as well let the night pass," the husband said full of concern.

"Dinner will be ready in a minutes, join us,"

The house is small. There is electricity indeed, and water. The dining table is also made from bamboo. Thats when Arianne saw their young daughter from school around her age.

"Papa, Mama!" the girl greeted her parents and kissed their cheeks. They look so happy and she felt her heart flinch. They never had a contact like that, and she didnt even know where her father is now.

"Uhmn," the girl look at her, "Hi," Arianne hesitantly look at the girl.

But the girl smile so bright, "Who is she?"

Her mother smiled. "We rescued her from the river this morning, and because of her injury we suggested that she ho back tomorrow and have ample rest."

Arianne shyly smile.

"Hi, I'm Diana," The girl offered her a handshake. Arianne was shocked because everyone is afraid of her that they didnt want to be friendly with her.

"I-I'm Arianne," she hesitantly replied. She nodded and doesnt know if she will take the hand of Diana.

"Arianne? What a nice name!" then Diana het her hand, "I bet you are a foreigner, I never had a foreigner friend!" Diana giggles and Arianne smiled awkwardly because even the maids cannot touch her.

"Let's have dinner!" The father said.

There is a braised pork in brown sauce, a beansprout with tofu, and fried fish. She knew those food but those are for common people. She is born with silver spoon.

When Arianne stared at rhe food, the Wife ask her, "Uhmn, dont you like the food?" then everyone stared at her.

"Umn, no, no. Im just not familiar and I havent gotten a chance to eat this near with my family" Arianne said.

"Awww," Diana hug her.

She is not picky eater, but his grandfather controls what she eat. Even what activity she should be doing. And now she is in a foreign country.

"Lets thank God for this loving meal," the father said. She didnt pray to anyone, but she nodded to pay respect and observe the family pray. She was in awe.

The dinner was smooth and everyone is good to her. Diana was talkative and opened in her parents.

"Our teacher in PE is so hateful!" Arianne curiously listen.

"Why?" His mother asked.

"Because he lets me run for 5 kilometer and accusses me of slacking! It was not me who is slacking!" she gritted her teeth in anger that made Arianne laugh. The whole family laugh

"By the way, Arianne, do you go to school?" they curiously asked.

"Y-yes, I will be entering Toruyama Academy ," their pork and spoon fell in the plates.

"The Delinquent Academy?" the husband was in shock.

"Y-es why?" Arianne is curious about their reaction.

"Do not. Transfer while it is still esrly," Diana said. She is in her tears.

"Is it that scary?" Arianne asked hesitantly.

"My brother was able to enter the delinquent Academy but he one day they announced that he is missing" Diana paused. Arianne trembles.

"Did you find him?"

"No..." Diana gritted his palm in anger. "Then one day the Academy release a news thatvthey found a body..."

"Then is that...?"

"It's my brother. He is dead."
