Spending time with him(kinda)

BeastBoy(POV)

"Do you maybe wanna hang out tomorrow?" Robin said while looking at me fondly. I looked at him in shock. This is the first time he asked to hang out. I would be me to ask. "Y-yea I'll love to." I said gleefully.

"Great I'll be at yor house at 5?" I nodded and he smiled brightly before giving me a kiss and waving goodbye I waved back and start to walk towards my house.

(Saturday, 4:29pm)

In a few minutes Robin will be here so I cleaned up a little bit and brought snacks as well. By the time I was done by 5:30. He's a little late, is he okay? I thought. I decided to just wait because he might be on his way. A few minutes passed as my eyes grow heavy. I shut them just for a little rest since I didn't want to go to sleep on Robin.

A few hours later.....

I woke up feeling great..... Kinda..... As I rubbed my eyes to take the last bit of sleep out I looked around and saw it was dark outside. I immediately panicked and looked at my phone. There was one missed call of Robin and a few messages as well. I looked happily at the message and immediately sadden when I read it.

Robinboo*:*hey babe! I won't be able to make it something came up and it was really serious. Thanks for understanding I knew you would! Love ya!

I smiled at the message and threw my phone on the couch before getting up to get some water. As I was drinking the water I wonder what was so important to Robin that happened today. I hope he's alright.....

(Sunday, 6:30am)

Robin (POV)

I woke up with a massive hangover. "Ugh" I groaned while reaching for my phone. I didn't find my phone, but I did find out I was *****. "What the hell?" I said quietly. I looked around me and realized I was in my own house. I got up with one hand on my head and went to go make coffee,but before that I took a shower,took some pain killers and brushed my teeth. As I walked into the kitchen I thought about what Rody was doing.(Rody is beast boy's real name).O,Rody must hate me for dissing out on the hang out. I'll call him to see if he wants to hang out today. I looked for my phone and found it under the couch.

I quickly dialed his number and he answered on the first ring.

Rody: Robin?

Robin: Hey!

Rody: did something bad happen?

Robin: o no it's just I was really tired and stuff....

Rody: Uh.... I thought it's was something serious since you said it in the text.

Robin: o I did say that didn't I..... Well, there's nothing wrong. I actually called to see if you wanted to hang out today?

Rody: uh will you actually be able to make it?

Robin: uh I-

Rody: Look don't even bother...... Um I'll talk to ya later yea?

Robin: R-

The phone cancelled the call. He hung up on me.
