Chapter 2 - Princess Escort Plan

Jean's Pov

I stretched my hands as I yawn. "Two more classes and we're done.. ugh." Groaned Chelle. I smiled to an agreement. In this last two period four of us were in the same class. Well, that's the good point from moving class, I guess?

I continued to scribble on my note book. Draw something abstract. Nessa had been asleep from couple of minutes ago while Chelle stared blankly at the teacher and Carla was the only one who seriously paid attention to the class. I took out my phone. There was some messages from my family group chat.

Mom:   Mom and dad with your little two     siblings gonna attend a party tonight.

BigSis: Me gonna sleep over on my friend house.

Dad:    Then Jean don't forget to lock the door.

It looks like I'm gonna eat dinner alone tonight. I sent them an 'ok'. Then continue to scribbled my note book. Well, this night gonna be a lonely night.

Finally, the last period ended. Four of us lazily packed our belongings. "Guys I'm gonna go first. See you on Monday, Sweetie." Chelle went out the class in a hurry. Looks like she have a part time job.

Nessa yawn again before she stood up, "So it's Friday, huh? My freedom day, hurray. Well, I'll go first, love." "Gonna study again in the library?" I asked Carla as she putted her last book in her bag. "Yeah, gonna go for some research. You gonna take the bus?"

"Just as usual," as I smiled at her, "well then good luck with your research. I'm gonna catch the little bunny before it'll run." She laughed then waved me see you later. I sighed, walked to the lockers corridor. Put some books in my locker and plugged earphones in my ears then went to the bus stop.

Ethan's Pov

"REALLY?! Where did you saw her?" "Shut your mouth up Alfred! Your voice is so damn loud! And where do you think he saw her, of course in the canteen you useless brat." Dan boiled up as he smacked Alfred head. And soon after wards they argued again, great.

"Are you sure it was her, Eth?" John asked as he shake his head while watching those two argued. "Yeah, sure. I won't ever mistook her as anyone than herself." John nodded at my answer.

"So, what are you gonna do next?" He asked again. "Well, we'll see.. DANN! Could you two stop arguing and help me here?" I glared at them.

"What? You want her information, right?" As always Dann truly is understand me. "Well then let's head to the IT Lab."

"How long we have to wait for you, Dan? I'm already bored to death." Said Alfred impatiently.

"Then just go die you dummy. It's almost there. Just wait.. a.. little.. more.. and.. DONE!" On the computer screen the were a photo of her and also her personal informations.

It was truly her, Jeanette Lynx , so it was her name. "Woah, not bad this chick. I thi-" "Stop calling her chick, you asshole." I truly am got annoyed to this dummy.

"Hm.. she's the  second child. She had three siblings, wow. Also it said if she likes drawing, music, and can do martial arts. What an unusual thing, martial arts? Why a girl like her do it?" Said Dan.

"Maybe for self-defense. A girl needs to learn how to protect herself. That's what many people think, though." John explained it as he scanned the screen.

"She lived at the avenue housing. Didn't those areas already under your company name, Et?" John waited for my answer as he kept scanning it. "Yeah, we had bought it last month. I think we're gonna change it into an apartment area."

"So, what's the plan, prince? Are we gonna made a carriage to escort her and take her to your mansion?" Again, Alfred with his hopeless humor.

"Ugh, stop it Fred. Your joke is so crispy~" "Aw, thanks Dan.. you makes me want to smack you~"

"So, Ethan. When you will pick her up?" My eyes still glued on the screen, looking at her profile photo. "Tonight, John. Tonight." As I smirked.

"Wow, tonight? So fast.. I bet she will get a heart attack." "Yeah, I bet. Who wants to bet at this side?"

I shrugged, "Oh, I bet if you both dummy brothers won't stop joking, you will find yourself drowning at the ocean."

Dann cleared his throat, "So.. what's the plan? You won't just gonna kidnap her, right?" The three of them turned to me, waiting fo my answer.

"Yeah." "What do you mean by yeah? Are you for real gonna do that? That's pretty insane, though." Alfred said as he raised one of his eyebrows.

I chuckled, "Just wait and see, what I'll gonna do."

Jean's Pov

I almost missed my bus stopped because I'm such a sleepyhead when I'm on a vehicle. Luckily, I was awake at the very last time. Now, I was walking to a restaurant near my house. Buying something for dinner, I'ma to lazy to cook today.

"Hey, Jean. The usual?" The nanny asked politely. "Yeah, and don't forget to give me extra lettuce, please." I said while smile politely. "Got it, just wait for a little." She giggled as she went to the kitchen.

This restaurant was not that big. You can say is a normal Chinese restaurant, who run by a nanny. She looks like around her 60, but still had her young soul. I usually went to this restaurant when I'm to lazy to cook by my self. Maybe that's made me one of their special customer?

"Here you go. One single special noodle." She handed it to me as I gave her the money. "Thank you nanny. I'll come again later." I waved at her as I exit her cozy restaurant.

After a few minutes, I arrived at my housing. I smiled politely at the security guards then continued my pace. My house it's a little far from the security guards place. Just walked a long the road and turn left on the third turn. The first house you'll see was my house.

I yawned again when I was unlocking my house. I think I'm gonna get a shower then sleep again. Well, just as an information my house it's not that big. On the second floor there were one bathroom and three rooms while on the first floor the were a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small living room.

I changed my shoes into my comfortable home slippers. I put my noodle on the dining room. Then went to get a shower. After around an hour I got down to the dining room to ate my noodle before it got colds. After that I went up again to my and big sis room. My mom in one room with my little brother while my dad with my little sister.

I stared at the picture frame on my table. It's me, Carla, Chelle, and Nessa. We smiled so happily on that day. The day we graduated together and got the notification from the college if four of us got passed. I smiled reminiscing memory on that day.

A while after it, my smile had faded. I heard someone opened my house front door. Something was not right. I'm pretty sure I had locked the damn door. My parents of course won't be came home this fast, it's still 7pm. And my big sis... No she won't come home tonight. So, what the hell is going on now?

I tried to calm my self as I peeked through my balcony window. I could saw.. a black fan outside my house? Wait, what? Are they some insane burglar? Our house wasn't big and.. it's looked old. Why the hell those damn shit chose this house? Were they blind? In an instant I grabbed my jacket and a backpack. I hurried put my drawing stuffs, my phone, power bank, a sweater, and also earphones in my backpack.

You know, I took those stuff as a preparation if I won't sleep in my house tonight and because there truly wasn't anything to be stole in this house. After that, I opened my balcony door as quiet as possible. Now I just gotta jump from this damn place. I looked down to see what below it. It's the small garden. Well, I thought it won't hurt as when I land on the floor at least. Because now I just wear slippers and I won't risk to break my precious foot.

Well, just hope if all of my martial arts training will help me in this situation. My heart tightened as I prepared to jump. 1, 2, and JUMP! Thank God, my foot were still there. Now, let's sprints to the security guards place. It's a little cold at night, luckily I have my jacket or I'll die freezing just with my short jean and T-shirt. After turned to the main rode, Nessa called me. "Hey, babe. Whatcha-" "You won't believe what I had been through just a while a go!" I said as I cutted her words.

"What happened? Tell me tell me!" She sounds excited, huh? "Well, listen you. My house just got robbed, I mean they just got into my house. And I just escaped from my balcony and now I'm on my way to the security guards place."

"Wow, you jumped don't you? Do you need me to call cops for you?" "Nah, I'll just gonna report to my housing securities besides I don't want my face appear on the tommorow morning news." I heard she chuckled on the other side of the phone.

"Well, glad you had learned martial arts. Now, don't waste your time and go to the God damn securities!" "Aye-aye, captain!" She hung up the phone right after she said don't forget to tell her what happened later.

After a while I finally arrived at the security place. I called for them and one of them opened the door. Now, there were two of them eyeing me with suspicious yet tired looked. When I want to report the problem to them, suddenly there were three black cars stopped right in front of the security place. From the car in the middle, there a guy looked like in his 30 came out with his polite smile.

"Well, good night gentleman. I'm here to survey this area. You know, my company planning on rebuild this area to a massive beautiful place." He said proudly as he handed his business card to the security. The two of them looked have taken back when they were received the unknown man card.

"Well, we had been told to welcome you if you visit, sir. Please do as you please, and please tell us if there is anything that we can do for you." Said the security which looked older. While the younger one just nodded his head.

Something felt so wrong when suddenly the unknown guy looked at me with his grinned. "Well actually there is.. but it's okay if you don't want to." He said. I started to took a step back away from all of them. Something was truly wrong, all of my sense told me that and that I need to get out of here immediately.

"Of course we willing to, sir. Can you tell us your request?" The older security answered politely. "Well.. truthfully I have problem with taking a girl who will marry my son." He looked at me as he will eat me alive. My legs got numb and my hands shivered, I couldn't tell if it because the cold or because I'm scared.

I wanted to get out from there when suddenly there was a cloth covered my mouth. I tried to escape but it failed. The grip was too strong. And slowly all became black as the cold stung my skin even more. All I could do was just pleaded to God to help me get up from this nightmare.
