Chapter 3

I woke up early. Less than a minute later I remembered what happened last night.

Uuuuuuugh! I buried my face in the pillow.

Darn me and my drunk state! I'm still doomed!

And Suwie!

Oh my gosh Suwie!

Is that true or just a dream?

I turned to Lianna who was sleeping soundly next to me.

I got up immediately and left the room. It's only six o'clock so the surroundings are still very quiet. Suwie's mommy and daddy both live in America so only siblings are left here.

I went down to the kitchen.

The maids are busy preparing breakfast because there are so many guests today. Only once in a blue moon because Suwie and older brother Stephiance have a party together. Their mansion is too large so often, parties are held here, if not in a bar.

I greeted the staff and immediately took milk. I was about to drink it when I looked at the glassdoor on the left. I could see the wide pool from here but I was more distracted by Suwie sitting on the hammock.

I swallowed and approached him. She beamed when she saw me.

I waved a little and my eyes darted towards the apple she's holding. There is also a small plate of salt in his lap. My hunch grew stronger.

"I-It's too early for that." I stared at his food. And it's a weird combination. Only now have I seen that!

She laughed. "Why did you wake up so early?"

"W-Just nothing." I sipped my milk and averted my eyes.

"Hmmm." he shook the cradle. "The entrance is near. I can already feel the struggle even before the new semester begins."

"I too... So I want to travel to the future. I want to work and reach my dreams already." I smiled.

She chuckled. "In a hurry? We should enjoy life while we're still young Cream. Don't rush to grow old." she laughed.

I looked at her. It is not obvious from her appearance, nothing changes in her body. Even though it was two pieces yesterday you didn't really notice anything.

But I can't help but worry. How is she studying? Her dreams? And her parents! Tita and tito are very strict!

"Yes!" he immediately stood up. "B-But we are not close. Excuse me, I'm just going to ask Karim something." she immediately leave.

Karim. I whispered on the wind.

I watched them in the distance. It looks like he wants to touch Suwie but he restrains himself. There is a distance between the two of them, maybe for no one to suspect. I sighed. Blow suddenly so I tucked my hair behind my ear.

How I wish I know what's the score between them. How I wish I'm not terrified. But I am.

I watched their expression. Karim looked calm. Should I call him kuya? Kuya Karim? Yeah I need to. He looked older kasi eh, not too old but I think four years older like kuya Stephiance. Suwie looks worried tho.

I looked closer. And now that I've given my full attention, I see a connection between the two of them. There is a spark. Something deeper and intimate. If I had not witnessed last night, their conversation today would not have mattered to me. I will only think of this as a simple conversation with no strings attached. . .

But I know I'm missing something out.

They talked even more until Suwie turned to me and gestured. It draws me closer to them.

I sat up straight. I drank my hot milk first before standing up. Brother Karim looked at me and raised an eyebrow in amazement.

When I got closer, Suwie hugged me sideways. "By the way Karim, this is Cream my best friend."

"Hi, you're the girl from last night."

Even though I was cold I was able to nod. I cannot find my voice! Where's your voice Cream ?! Speak up! Speak up now!

I can not do it!

I don't know what to act. I do not know what to do!

"Wait what happened last night? "Suwie asked a little pale.

My eyes widened too.

" NOTHING! nothing Suwie !!! It's nothing! I just went to your brother's party, I was drunk! I don't know what I was thinking !!! "I covered my face. Now I feel so horrible thinking about it! It's really embarrassing! I heard brother Karim laughing while Suwie was starting to laugh.

" Dude. " I heard a familiar voice.

I blushed even more when I saw the man who pulled me last night. He stood next to brother Karim.

"Let's go. Stephiance's waiting on the car. "He said. He looked at me and I swear my heart suddenly reacted. I immediately avoided looking at him. Shocks!

"Right." brother Karim said a little disappointed. "You go first Ralle. I need a minute with Suwie."

I immediately felt it so I said goodbye. I passed them and passed in front of. . . Ralle. I heard it. His name is Ralle!

I was surprised when he walked with me.

"Good morning!" I said.

"Morning." he smiled. My gosh! Huhu!

"Uhm d-did you sleep here?" I almost stammered.

"Yes."

"Aaaaaah."

I blushed. I remember what happened last night.

It's really embarrassing!

Grr!

He is now going outside the mansion. Oh no! Just wait. I have a lot of questions and I'm sure he can answer me!

He noticed I was following him so he turned to me, his eyebrows raised now.

I sneezed. "M-May... I just wanted to ask you something." I stopped at the double door and saw older brother Stephiance's SUV. It blew its horn so I waved, my cheeks still red. Gosh I still can't move! Fortunately, this man seems to have forgotten what he saw last night because he is not saying anything now.
