The Red Forest looked brutal. Many students looked scared already.

Melvin was happy inside when he saw a few weak students cowering in

fear. He smirked and thought, “Looks like that I’m going to have some

fun. You won’t be hurt by me for now. But I can’t promise that I’ll

not hurt you later.” He signaled his minions and they smirked as well.

Alex looked around and was smiling. “Finally, I got a good place for

camping. This forest is huge.” He said that and got elbowed by John.

“You’re always thinking about leisure time. Be serious.” John rebuked

him.

“Owww! Have some mercy on me. It has been a long time since I last ate

a burger. In this forest, I’ll definitely hunt for some good meat. My

juicy burger, my love…” Alex said dreamily.

“Hey snap out of it Alex. You know that we’ve just entered the forest and you’re already thinking about food.” Katy was getting annoyed.

“Stop all of you. Pay attention to your surroundings. Alex, I don’t want to hear another word about your burger or you can consider getting no food at all tonight.” Ciara said with seriousness.

“I was better off sitting in the cafeteria instead of this stupid

mission.” Alex mumbled and got glared at by the rest of the three people.

They kept on walking for the next 8 hours and were extremely silent.

They couldn’t expose their position by making noises or talking loudly. Everyone was extremely exhausted. They didn’t see the other teams yet which was a good sign otherwise those students would make unnecessary troubles for them.

Alex was whining about food so everyone thought about resting for an hour or two and eat food. They just sat down to rest for a few moments

while Katy was fishing her magical bag for food. It was a small bag yet, could fit an entire neighbourhood in it. Yes, it’s a space bag and

is similar to a space ring. Ciara didn’t have a space bag but she did have a space ring which she wore all the time.

John didn’t have any of these because he was a Space Mage. He could

stop time and space. Although he wasn’t strong and currently at the 3rd level but the power was enough to stop time for a small period.

Alex had the ability to change faces. He could change his body as well. He was a shapeshifter and he was at the 3rd level as well. They had entered the Red Forest to upgrade their powers.

Katy had taken out the food and heard a weird noise. It was a strange sound. As if something was hissing. All of them looked at each other and thought of hiding. They weren’t allowed to hide in their space rings and space bag so it was a big problem. All of them climbed up the tree at once and looked around while eating their food.

Alex almost got choked when he saw a huge Black Mamba sniffing the air.

“Why does it have to be a snake? Why God? Why? And the most poisonous one?” He was petrified.

Ciara acted quickly and masked the smell of food by casting a spell.

Sorry guys for the late update. I was not at home. I went to my

grandparents’ house which is located in a village. They don’t have

Wi-Fi or any other source of internet.
