CHAPTER NO. 1

FLASHBACKS

1980, 28 OCTOBER, LONDON

4:00 AM

Ohhhh Ahhhh My head is spinning so much where am I. This place seems like I’ve been here

before but I don’t seem to remember much clearly. Why my head is hurting I don’t remember

being drunk last night then why I’m reeking of alcohol.

[ Aislinn woke up in a room full of uncertain thoughts in her mind. she doesn’t seem to

remember anything from the last night. The situation in the room is a bit messy her cloths are

over the bed and the room is one of the mansion. There is a casement window at the front wall of

her room which is half open and sizzling air is blowing through it.

The door to her room opens with a creaking noise like it’s not been oiled for a couple of year. An

old lady dressed as a maid come in the room without knocking with a tray of typical morning

breakfast.]

The old lady addresses the women in the bed as young lady,

your breakfast is ready, young lady

wash yourself up, eat the breakfast and come join us in the fireplace room.

[ The old lady left with a smirk on her face. She not even asked how she was and it seems to

Aislinn like she ordered to come downstairs. The facial expressions of Aislinn were comfortable

when she encountered the old lady’s presence but were changed after she left with a strange

tone.]

Ohh God what a strange and cold encounter it was. My head is hurting so I think I should first

eat the breakfast and then figure out the situation here as well as my own thoughts. Why did she

call me young lady? I’m not that much young to be called young. I’m 30. She could have used

my name. Oh well it doesn’t matter to me anyway. I think she said “come join us in the

fireplace room”. It seems like there are more folks downstairs I better go down and ask them

why am I here and what happened to me last night.

[While Aislinn was getting ready to know the truth about last night, suddenly a cool breeze

flowed and swirl swiftly through her long black hair as the air blew , a series of flashbacks

occurred in her subconscious mind , at the same time a thunder bolt in the sky flashed after a few

seconds the thundering sound came and Aislinn felt surreal for a moment with Goosebumps she

tried to remember the flashbacks again but it was useless she forgot.

But she remembered

something a piece of a flashback, a piece of an unfinished event , a fact , a thing that could

possibly answer the question that what was she doing here in the first place]

Everything seems strange at this moment that now one doesn't remember the past they had once. maybe that was bound to happen sooner or later.
