Chapter 2 : Few Things Never Change

Roseangela's POV:

I woke up with feeling a sensation of water on my face.

As I opened my eyes, I saw my mom with an empty

water bucket.

"Mom, what is this are you trying to kill me, " I said frustatingly as I sat on my bed with a wet face, all thanks to my mother.

"Why are you sitting get up, You will be late to the school. Being a teacher, you should make students learn from you, not you to learn from them,"said my mom.I opened my eyes wide.

Omg I totally forgot about the school as yesterday I was in hospital to treat patients,so I got deprived of my sleep.

My mind screamed.

In a second I got up and as I was going to shower, I heard my mum say

"Sweety, fresh up fast and come down".

I internally smiled. I love my mother.

I finished up and wore a full hand white shirt having a turtle neck with blue jeans.

And my hair was tied in a pony tail, No makeup as I am not used to it even if I keep them I would make myself a clown.

I looked myself in the mirror satisfied before going downstairs.

I made my way to the kitchen counter and saw my mom preparing my breakfast.

My mom looked at me,

"You, look beautiful my dear"my mom said with a smile while handing me my breakfast.

"You always say this," I said, rolling my eyes while eating my pancakes,

My mom chuckled and said "Few things never change,"

I saw a joint of sadness in her eyes but decide not to ask her as it will make her cry.

I saw my wrist watch I still have only 2 minutes to reach my school, or else I would be fired for sure.

"mom, take care I will be going, I am running out of my time," I said while stuffing pancakes in my mouth.

"Eat properly, or else you will get choked" I heard. My mom say as I went out of my house with my baby pink handbag in my arms.

I reached my school, It is New York 's most prestigious school for kids.

I entered the school and was going through the hallways and saw our teachers busy in their works.

I entered my class and was greeted my my lovely cute students. The students are so adorable and cute, but also naughty.

"Good morning my little tulips"I said as I chuckled at their cute voice.

"Miss can we play in the school playground, it's Saturday ma'am, please"asked my student Jonah king while pouring cutely to which I could not refuse, I also heard that his family is a shareholder of our school.

"Of course, my dear You could play, but first did you all finish your homework"I asked with a frown.

"Yes Ma'am"they all said cheeringly.

"Good then lets go to the playground"I said, smiling with my little buddies.

All of them screamed in happiness and we reached the school playground which is near to my class.

All the students started playing and the girls were building houses with sand, I chuckled as I also used to make sand houses, when I was small.

I heard a scream in the playground and saw a group of students fighting.

I went near them and I saw that Ms. Kayla is fighting with Jonah and other students of my class.

"Why are you fighting, stop it "I said

"who are you to say, did you know what these bastards did "said ms.kayla while pointing towards Jonah and other boys of my class.

"Ms.kayla we did it by mistake, we are sorry"said Jonah with a sad expression,poor boy I thought

"Ms.kayla mind your words, they are kids"I said angrily cause I cannot tolerate teachers speaking bullshit to the innocent kids.

"You!!! they spoiled my dress by throwing the ball with mud at me" said Ms.kayla with a dirty expression.I laughed internally as she deserves it.

"Ms.kayla they did by mistake just stop creating a scene" I said supressing my laugh.

"you bitch how dare you,l will ...."she stopped as a voice interrupted her.

"Ms.kayla stop making a ruckus in school its just a dress,everyone go back to your works."said our school principal.

The students went back to playing and ms.kayla stomped her feet and went away.

The principal is a very kind and old person who talks less.He sent me a fatherly smile and I smiled back politely and went back to take care of my little buddies.
