Chapter 1

One morning she got up in someone else bed, her body is trembling, wearing nothing, her body is worn out. She wanted to scream but can't make a sound. Her inner self is already screaming and wanting to runaway from reality, hugging her knees, asking herself. What have I done?

A man came into the room with a sullen expression. Sat down on the bedside facing the balcony window, he let a long sigh before words came out of his mouth. I'm sorry. The words are very agonizing and full of regrets. As he explains that everything happened because he was carried away by his emotions. insecurities and jealousy.

Arli. Arli. a man called out her name. She slowly open up her eyes and saw an angelic face. What a beautiful man, she exclaimed. And suddenly she was kicked out of bed. Are you getting up?

Yeah. Yeah. I'm getting up now my lady.

I'm Marlie Forment, twenty years of age, currently studying at Pal Polytechnic Institute major in accountancy. Yea, they call me Arlie instead of Marlie, they thought my name was just a lie. who cares that's what my parents gave me and I don't even get a chance to ask them why. My mom passed away when I was five and I don't have any relatives as far as I have known. Living in my childhood best friend and the son of this mansion I'm living. Yoong Cape, we were born on the same day of December 24th but he was born earlier though, so I'm the little sister here.

I don't know the relations behind it, but I'm am welcome in this place as if I am a young lady but I don't really have a penny.

Comingggg!!!! rolling her eyes and hurriedly got up to brush her and and tie her hair. Don't have much time to bath.

Yoong looks like a sweet lady if she wears a dress, but he really is grumpy one. Honestly I don't know why we are close. That maybe the reason why we are close lol. He is the only grumpy person who cares a lot about me.

Dad told me you don't need to do part time anymore since its your last semester, it will be much harder to do both study and working.

Nahh... It's fine. They never stops of worrying about me.

I know you would say no to it. Dad suggested that you can work at one of the company's restaurant every weekends with much better pay. She never accepted any money since she learn to be independent except for her tuition paid by the school scholarship.

It's a better offer though but I know there will be special treatment but they kept bringing that suggestions for almost four years now. It's time to accept their kindness and yeah I'm in a tight situation because of my major subjects and thesis.
