Water

The lily pads swayed with the flowing water. Blossoms sprouted above in the trees as wind gently plucked off petals from the ground. Of which the petals had fallen like angels.

Laughter filled the streets in a large town. Children bathe in the warm rays of sun that envelope the earth like caramel. Stalls are set up on the promenade floor of a great building and people go to and fro from one stall to the next. (Possibly) You can continue by putting a character in this scene and have a bump in meeting (one character bumps into the other) or make another set of images to familiarize the readers with the surrounding area. A common and understandable reason of being at the stalls would be shopping for groceries or start at a holiday point and have them gift shopping. They may just be on a curious stroll too.

An ocean is crashing, singing, dancing, the wind is humming to (main character) as they appear as a silhouette on a rocky or elevated sandy step. Not a cliff but a small ways up from the ocean. The sun is setting (or) rising. The main character thinks things that will introduce their background or story. You can transform this into being a flashback from the main character into childhood in the same place. However, here there may be a traumatic memory of an injury or a friend that made a promise here and the romantic story develops from there on out.

In a room there is a small, young, teenage girl. She introduces herself and all her qualities as she writes a blog. This familiarizes the character with the reader. She is a high school student.... you can continue a story from here.

If you want me to help circulate ideas for your story that you may be stuck on comment on my most recent episode. I will state which person requested a possible add on to the story and list a few possible things that can happen. If you have few episodes of a story posted I will read your story and go from there. If you have more than 5-7 episodes, depending on length, you might have to write a summary of what you are having trouble with trying to come up with.

Example: someone is poisoned - you can’t figure out a trail of clues to make sense and point to someone

or

Writers block..... I have no example because this can happen at any point in a story or you may just not know how to start.

P.S. I mainly think of romantic or fantasy like storylines so an urban setting would be more difficult to develop possible ideas for. If you do comment please specify which story you want me to read by the way!!!!! I also would like to know what aspect of your story you are stuck with. Details are important so share which ones you think are relevant to what you want to connect or continue with.
