Loving a person while being chased by another one. Persistently seeing him confess his feelings, but knowing he can't get what he wants from her. She tried to be clear with him, that his efforts are futile but he ignored it everytime. His love was so persistent that it made him force her which no one enjoys. She understood him, understood that her softness will only make him fall more, so she was harsh, she wanted to end it ASAP. She didn't want to keep Kookie in hope, she probably wanted to him to find someone that loves him, than him wasting his efforts towards a person that only he loves. She wanted to end everything with this "date". But she didn't expect him to lose his control much less forcing himself onto her. For a person who loves someone else, this is something very hard to tolerate, who knows how much her first time meant to her, she has probably been saving it for that one person. It made her lose control over her patience and snap back. Then she was hit with his confession again, she realized how much he loves her, which made her already conflicted heart helpless, she just wanted to end everything regardless of the cost. But then she was abruptly got freed from him...the moment she gave up, the moment she got ready to sacrifice. She might not have expected it. She couldn't be grateful for it, nor could she forget his actions, the way he refused to face the reality in fear....she could only hate him, but she could not. Not after understanding him.

If only Yiren didn't insist on this date.....though Jungkook would still have lost control, it might not have been as bad as this one. Getting ruthlessly rejected by the person he loves to his bone, after persistently trying to make her fall for him, after patiently enduring her direct refusals, after confessing his deep, pure and passionate feelings with so much love, excitement and a lingering expectation, it's hard not to lose control. Reality stabbed him directly in the heart.......the reality he didn't want to face, didn't want to embrace or accept, has triggered him...he finally lost it. But it was too late by the time he got his senses back......tch. I JUST WANT JUNGKOOK, NAMJOON AND RURI TO MOVE ON AND TRY TO GET OUT OF THIS ATTACHMENT AND START A NEW LIFE. It's very heartbreaking to see them in pain.

Mingyu has been coward from the starting, it's understandable with how Jungkook thought of him as friend while was madly in love with Yiren. And Jungkook seemed to hate homos. In addition to these things, his sexuality itself has made him hesitant and afraid of rejection. He might have thought Jungkook might leave him or even hate him if he confessed. He knows he is overthinking without giving it a try but his state made him choose to just stay with his love......since leaving him is the least thing he wants and being hated by him is what he can't bear to even imagine. It is painful to see Kookie with someone else, loving someone else, so much that he is so insecure, so afraid of Kookie ignoring him....but it is still worth it if he can stay with him....though as a friend. He feels very conflicted, drifting between extreme fear and love, which is neither good nor bad. It's no one's fault. It is what it is........*sigh*
