Oliver was a scientist and doctor on the SC-50 a ship that is owned by the captain names Michael, they had been friends for years ever since they both found eachother trying to climb up the ranks in the government, they had stuck together since and are finally silver ranks, though, Michael has changed throughout the years they had known eachother, becoming more strict and less fun to hang out with he is blind to the damage he is causing to his friend, due to his profession before he had became the captain on the SC-50 he was a soldier and was adorned with battles cars while Oliver was a doctor of surgeon, it wasn't just by coincidence that they where both paired together seeing that Michael had only tolerated Oliver and Oliver took good care of Michael whenever he was hurt

anyways thats enough of explanation on out two characters....

after a successful infiltration of a roge planet Michael and Oliver sneakily borded back on the ship and with a sigh of relief had escaped the planets atmosphere, they where ready to head over to the base and to collect there reward when a tablet on Olivers side began to glow and beep, Oliver flinched and took it out of his belt as he stared at the screen "hey boss? we need to head back" Oliver said looking up fromt he screen and looked at Michael who turned to him, his one eye looking at him in disbelief and slight annoyance, Oliver sighed "listen, I dont like it either-" he put his tablet down "-but there's an asset on that planet and the big boss want us to make sure that its up and running" Michael's annoyed look turned into a confused one and Oliver cleared his throat "its a cyborg, have said it might have useful info" he said glancing back down at the tablet and Michael sighed "alright...let's just make this quick"

it was a disaster

they found the damn Droid in a junkyard and where just about to drag it with them until they where spotted, Michael had to carry the Droid like a sack of potatoes as he fired at the oncoming aliens that tried to attack and Oliver did the same thing, almsot falling into what he recognized to be some carnivorous plant before Michael grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and yanked him back making him stumble abit before they continued to run

they had managed to make it back to the ship in one peice and they immediately flew off not wanting to risk being found and being stuck on the planet

Oliver set the cyborg into the infirmary and gave it a quick scan before securing it to the hospital like bed and closing it off with some curtains, he went back out and went to the cockpit where he realised the ship was put in auto pilot and they where drifting through space in order to get to there base, he saw Michael sitting on his normal seat at the front, he wouldn't have minded if he didnt notice the captain clutching onto his shoulder and red liquid seeping out

he was about to say something before Michael had beat him to it "its gonna take a few days and maybe even months before we get back to base" he stated simply and Oliver walked towards him, he placed a hand on Michael's shoulder causing the older one to flinch "your hurt" Oliver stated simply and Michael scoffed "you think?" he turned to Oliver with the intent to glare at him but it was immediately halted by the look of worry on Olivers face that made him let out a frustrated sigh and rub the temple of his forhead "sorry....just...frustrated" he calmed himself down and Oliver looked at him with a soft smile, Michael would die if it ment that his friend would never cease that smile

"its cool, lets just take you to the infirmary" he said helping Michael off his seat and they walked to the medbay, Oliver patched up the captain after abit as he wrapped the wound in a bandage "it should be 5 to 7 days until you can take that off" Oliver said setting the materials he had used to patch up the captain aside, the captain in question was testing out his arm and was rubbing the bandage before he stood up and walked to the door "alright, thanks olli" he said before dissapearing down the corridors

Oliver froze, it has been quite awhile since he heard the nickname Michael had given him so long ago, he smiled to himself happy that his boss might actually have an excuse to rest for once, he didn't pay attention to the blush that was dusting his cheeks though
