" Me and my sister, Penelope has a case where if one of us get hurt the other one feels the pain too... " I explained to him

"So that's why you said both of you will get hurt even thought she's not here... " He re-phrased himself

"Yeah and that's why I don't want to eat the food... Because you know Darrow..." I said

"Just please eat Peachy it's good for your health! You can also regain strenght! You can escape from here if you regain your strength... " He said

"You don't know Darrow do you? Do you see this necklace? " I said as I pointed to the necklace on my neck

"Yeah? " He said

"This necklace has a tracking device and has a shocked control... So if I ever try to escape I will still be tracked and shocked at the same time... And that's not all of it because... Penelope has asthma and if I get shocked she gets the sting and that sting can activate her asthma. " I explained

"... " Elijah didn't say anything and looks shock for what I just told him

"How did you know that?" He asked me

I just looked at him

Peachy's thoughts

"I'm the princess I didn't study technology just for nothing elijah"

"Doesn't matter just please eat Peachy... " He begged me for about an hour before I gave up

"Fine fine! Just stop that! " I agreed

After I ate some food I was already full I'm not used to that many food I was always on diet I wanna stay fit

Because there are still some food left I called in some maid's to eat the rest because I do not want it anymore

Plus I'm kinda sleepy good thing that Darrow is not here yet

So I asked Elijah to take me to my room since I do not explore this part of the mansion and I might get lost

"Here you are Peachy! Have a great day! I need to do something I'll be back later! " He said enthusiastically

"I wonder what's going on with him right now... Meh" I said before going down the stairs to my so called bedroom

Chapter 7

Penelope's POV

"What the actual heck is going on here?" I mumbled

Because when I woke up the maids are super busy the reapers were also busy Selena is like them and she is going hysterical let me tell you that

Once I gained Selena's attention she kind of calmed down and I asked her what was wrong

She was so shocked when I asked her

"Why that face? I'm just asking... " I said and snapped my fingers in front of her face and finally after a few tries she snapped back to reality

And finally told me what was going on

"You literally don't know, Penelope? In just 5 days boss's birthday! And we are hurrying because we forgot yesterday! We were all so worried about you that we forgot! " She exclaimed

Penelope's Thought

"Oh so it's my fault now? I can't blame them either they were just worried"

"S-sorry for bothering... I'll go up to my room and leave you guys alone so that you guys can plan..."

I said

"P-Penelope! " She said as I ran up to my room

I know tears were now forming in my eyes

"I'm a burden, a total burden... " I said as I wipe my tears away and just like that I fell asleep without knowing it

Selena's POV

"Hey Selena, don't get sad over that total slut! She's just a fake!" Amber shouted at me

I looked at her menicingly in the eye and said

"Say that again I dare you. I won't hesitate to tell all of this things you tell us whenever Penelope's not around to sir Axel." I said without hesitation

"And I don't do empty threats," Pretty Amber", "

I looked at her direction again and she looked away

I may be nice when Penelope's around but I can be cruel too.

"ALL OF YOU, GET BACK TO WORK! " I shouted

I just hope Penelope don't get my words wrong and think of something negative...

Elijah's POV

I don't want to do this to Peach but I have to, in order for them to not murder my cousin, Princess Carla of Aér kingdom

I know that Darrow has people in every kingdom's and him hurting my cousin is going to be a big disaster.

Why I'm here you may ask?

Well as you may know I'm Elijah, Princess Carla's cousin, rings a bell?

I'm here to spy on them and warn all of the other kingdoms so they don't encounter the faith that we have dealt through. It's pretty hard getting our kingdom all together again since they have made a huge disaster there.

"AHHH!!! " Peachy screamed as Darrow hitted her with another whip, for doing nothing.

She didn't even deserved to be treated this way...

Darrow mind controlled Peachy's parents or should I say King Alex and Queen Lyrah into forcing Peachy to marrying him.

I know all of this because last time I got into Darrow's study I put a bug on his jacket and underneath his table. Pretty smart? Eh I can do much better, I also know that Peachy's sister and her has a special condition

1 hour later

Now that Darrow has stopped I untied Peachy and sat her on the chair in the corner

I got the bandages and was about to bandage her when

"Hey Elijah? " She called out my name

"Yes? " I asked while I continued to bandage her

"Do you have a sister or perhaps brother? " She asked

"No, I don't but I have a cousin" I said

"Are they very close to you? " She asked again

"Yeah, she's very close to me ever since we were kids" I answered while tying her bandages up

"You know how I feel then... " She said looking down

"... " I didn't answer and stood up

I held her hand and help her get up

I pulled her close to me and cupped her face with my hands

"Yes, I actually do..." I answered

When she realized what position we were in she blushed so hard and pushed me away

I scratched the back of my neck and headed towards the door, I was about to open it when Peachy called my name again

"Hey Elijah, thank you... For always helping me... Your such a good friend" She said

"No problem... " I said bad left

Penelope's POV

When I woke up i was in my bed

"How the heck did I get here?" I asked myself

Just then I remembered the book's I buyed from the mall

I started to search for it and I found it in my closet

"I don't remember putting these here... I putted it under-" just then I realized that they found my diary under my mattress...

I hurried out of the room to Selena's bedroom because she is the only one that has permission to go I my room...

"Sele-" I stopped as soon as I saw Amber holding my book in her hand

"Give it back Amber." I said

"How about a... No." she said

"Your ruined everything from me. Stole my best friend... And of course you had to steal my fiancé... What will you steal next? Or a better question what will you do next?!" she shouted at me

"Did you read the book?." I asked

"Why would I tell you? Answer me first!" she yelled again

"I am asking you something. Did you read the book?" I asked again

The air in the room got heavier and heavier as I became mad

My aura raised too

"ANSWER MY QUESTION FIRST!" She yelled again
