Prologue

Let's say it's not love. Curiosity is the very reason why I did it. And from his stares that time, I know he felt the same thing. We're just two lost souls that bumped to each other.

"Hiro," I called his name. He looked at me in the eye with a smile on his face.

Or maybe, I'm completely wrong about it.

"Missed me?" He joked and laughed at it. I laughed along, not knowing what I really felt.

Maybe I just met him at the worst possible time. We both don't know where we're going. We started it with a snap. And been together ever since, like the other people do. But I think we would never be together for so long if there weren't something we hold onto each other.

"Do you like me?" I asked out of the blue. He then looked around, avoiding my gaze.

"You know I.... can't answer that," he almost stuttered.

"Just testing you," I said. I then pinched his cheek, it's became my habit ever since we started dating. Everything he do always looks cute to me, every single thing.

I can still remember when we swore that we can ONLY date each other. Right from our first day, we got to know every little thing to the both of us. There's nothing I don't know about this boy. He's always open with me and so do I to him.

"How's class by the way?" He asked as we walk at the side walk on our way home. We usually walk home even though our house is pretty far. We take times like this a chance to talk and stay updated on each other's life. We're both curious with our daily lives when we're not together, even we study in the same school.

"Stressful! I can't even remember anything from all my teachers. I just wrote ideas for the novel that I've been planning to write. I almost forgot to take my lunch." I said blabbering like a child. School isn't interesting at all. Nothing in there excites me like my books and Hiro do to me.

"Is it a new plot now? Or you just add some little adjustments to the previous idea you have?" He asked while smiling of how I gestured at every word I say.

"It's a new one. I basically dumped the previous one. I just realized that I'm no good in action." I said with a pout. " Romance is my cup of tea," I said linking the tips of my fingers as if I'm holding a cup and sipped to it. He then chuckled of how I acted.

"You should write how you asked me to date you." He joked and he got me off guard with that. Causing me to stop walking and looked at him with disbelief.

"You've gone more brave right now to use that against me." I said looking at his a bit shocked face.

"I... I didn't mean to said that--"

"Well, that's a good idea. Imagine how cute you are through out the story." I said, as I lean to his side and pinch his cheeks.

And this is how I started dating a good boy, way back in my high school days.
