Episode 1

The rain is pouring heavily and I am still  outside. My uniform is already soaked with rain water but I didn't plan to move.

I know this is a bad thing because I just got out of the hospital to resume my class. And I can feel that my body is burning I forgot I still have a fever. This feeling sucks.

Many students passing by looking at me with curiosity in their eyes but I don't really care.

Minutes passes. I'm still here at the middle of the field in our school grounds. I started to feel cold and the surroundings got blurry then my body collapse on the ground.

But instead of getting up. I stayed laying on the ground covering my face with my palm. I hate to hide the fact  that I am crying. But I can't help it. I felt useless and empty.

Someone suddenly walks toward my direction and he stops right beside me.

He hugged me and carry in his arms.

"If you want to forget everything go to  the club. Drink until you get wasted"He said it while looking straight to my eyes.

Miciel POV

Rinnnnnggggg!!! Bzzzztt! Bzzzztt! Bzztt!

I suddenly wake up. Noong marinig ko yung phone ko na nagriring. Kinuha ko agad yung phone at  tinignan muna kung anong oras na.

5:30 am. Monday. June 5,2028

Time sure flies so fast. I can believe na magigising ako isang araw isa na akong 4th year Nursing student na ako na dito sa Nueva Vizcaya State University.

I got off my bed and make my own breakfast. Magisa lang ako dito sa bahay. Well my family is in the province kaya obvious naman na wala sila dito. But before going to school nagpunta muna ako ng hospital para kunin yung resulta ng laboratory test ko.

I knew I was sick. I can't tell my parents like always. Ang dami na nilang problema ayaw ko ng dumagdag pa saka isa pa, I'm all grown up I can already take care of myself. This sickness will never beat.

When I enter the lab. Doctor Min is inside binigay niya yung resulta.

"Good morning Doctor Min" Sabi ko bago inabot at saka ako umupo sa waiting area.

Haysst it's not like I'm going to die but I'm still nervous. This is hilarious I have an acute gastroenteritis and medication is a mass. Sa totoo lang I hate taking medicine since I was young.

My family is just small and we are poor. Well not now because I already have a job. Even my brothers have one.

"Remember to take your medicine in time Miss and don't forget to eat. I listed all the foods and drinks that you aren't supposed to intake" Sabi ni Doctor Min.

"I get it. See you later Doctor Min. I need to go to school" I said then storm out of the room. Life sucks really. Well this is not a good news really?.

Habang naglalakad ako sa hallway may tumawag sakin.

"Miciel!!!!!" he said.

Huh? It's Doctor Min. He was panting while catching up with me.

"You can walk slowly Doctor"I said while I stop walking as I looked at him. He is a professional doctor but he doesn't act like one. Oh boy thats life what do expect.

"My shift is done. Ihahatid na kita sa school niyo. Tsk I can't miss your first day of school miss sunget" He said it habang ginugulo yung buhok ko.

Pinalo ko yung kamay para tanggalin niya sa buhok ko. I forgot to mention we're friends I know him before he graduated.

"It's not like your kind enough" Sabi ko nalang sakanya then hinila siya papunta sa parking lot. Yeah He have a car. What a lucky guy.
