Chapter 2

I woke up and looked around it felt like dream but it was reall and I was so happy. The summer was the best summer of my life. I Got a husky puppy named Luna and I lover you. I sat up in bed Nova wasn’t there I guessed she was down stairs. I got up and got dressed for my friends day back at college. I put on a pastel pink dress that came to my knees with pastel yellow flats and my hair in a ponytail with a moon clip holding my bangs. I put on my wedding ring it is a silver ring with a dark purple stone.

I walked down stairs to see Nova sitting at the table. “Good morning Honey” she said as I sat by her and took food of her plate. “hey you have your own good” she said with a laugh “but yours tastes better” I said “we have to go i have work and you have college” she said getting up and putting our plates the sink and we walked to her car a dark purple Jeep. “I’m going to the mall with Jade after school then I’m going to meet you at your work ok” I said unbuckling my seat belt “ok honey I’ll be at a meeting when you get there just wate In my office love you” she did and kissed my cheek. “Love you to” she said as I got out of the car

“Who was that do you got your self a boyfriend” a girl asked she used to only talk to me to tell me my hair is looks disusing or stuff like that. “No I got a wife” I tolding up my hand with my ring on it and walked away. I made it to my first class wot h was Greek and Roman mythology. I sat by my friend Anna. “Hey wo nice ring who’s the lucky lady” she said taking my hand and examining the ring. “Nova that’s her name” I said “the Nova she owns the biggest modelind/acting agency in Misa” she said. The ear of the day was boring.

Me and Jade went to my favorite tea shop. “So how’s the new life treating you” Jade asked “I have a dog” I said “nice. They opened a new shop you want to go see it” she asked my “yeah let’s go” I said we walked to the shop but before me got there a man bumped into me and I feel to the ground and landed on my but. “What where you going” the man said “says the man who bumped into me you should really watch where your going” I said just under whisper. “What did you just say” the man said anger in his voice. “I said you should be the one watching where you going” I said the he got very annoyed and punched me I could feel blood in my mouth and pain. The man took another swing and I feel to the ground. Jade was in the bathroom and I was out of site from other people so no one could see me so I wasn’t going to get help and I wasn’t strong enough. The man kicked me in the stomach. He left after betting me half to death. It hurt to move but I go up.l and limbed to where Jade was “Oh my Sammy are you ok you have to go to the hospital” Jade said and that was the last thing I heard or saw. I passed out.

I wake up in a hospital bed. Jade standing by me and Nova asleep I’m a chair my my bed. “Nova she’s awake” Jade said relief I. Her voice. “Honey your awake”. Nova said crouching my me. I tried to sit up but it hurt. “No baby do move Jade go get the doctor” Nova said. Jade left.

The doctor came in and said I will be out in a week. Nova assigned 2 Guard to my hospital room door. She found the man who hurt me he was a member of a rival gang and was sent to hurt me she did she said she took care of him whatever that means. “Honey” I said “yes baby what do you need” Nova said coming to me. “I can you go get Luna” I asked Luna always made me feel better. “Yeah baby I’ll go get Luna” she said an left. I drifted to sleep.

I was back at the mall the man in front of me but this time it was different he he was scareier. he hit me and I sat right up in bed it had been 7 days I was getting out today I had had the same nightmare every night. “Good morning baby I got you some tea” or Nova said walking in and gave me a glass of my favorite tea. “Thank you honey” I said taking a drink. “Your going home today I just an hour” Nova said in a caring voice

I walked back in My house and my mother was there with. Novas parents. Everything was exactly like I left it. “Oh sweetheart” my mom said giving me a hug. “Oh you poor thing let me make you something to eat what do you want” Novas mom asked “um can you make pizza” I asked “yeah” Novas mom said “I’ll help” my mom said. When Luna heard my voice

she came running. “Hey Luna” I said petting her.
