Hanahaki part 2

Katsuki POV~

What is this? he can't be serious? England? How could he leave like this? I was going to tell him tonight? Why? Loved does he not love me anymore? Why does he have to cut ties? I have to check?

Third-person POV ~

Katsuki thought that izuku was joking so he opens the group chats to see if izuku was still in it but that also said that izuku had left the chat. He then asked around to see if anyone had izuku's no. unblocked but sadly they all said that he had blocked their no.

Katsuki then ran out of 'Peitho' with light tears damping his face but unfortunately, when he arrived at what used to be the midoriya residence there was a sign on the door saying 'for rent'. He then fell to his knees crying was this his fault? Why did izuku have to go?

5 months later~

Katsuki POV~

It's been exactly two months since izuku left. After he left I went into a state of depression because I couldn't handle feeling alone anymore. I even tried to commit suicide but someone always stops me. Why it's my fault he's gone. He said it himself he doesn't love me anymore.

Lately, I have noticed that I have been coughing up blood and green rose petals. When I researched it said that I had gotten the Hanahaki disease which means that I only have 3 months left to live so I moved out of my old hags house. I started smoking and cutting classes but who cares it's my life anyway.

But that somehow doesn't stop that old hag from calling my phone to tell me about all the letters she has been receiving from UA about my attendance.

2 months and a half later~

Katsuki POV ~

I stopped smoking but I still didn't attend classes. I think it's time to tell my parents about what's going on.

Third-person POV~

Katsuki then left his apartment and began walking towards his parent's house. It's a ten minutes walk away even though his parents don't know.

When he arrived and rang the doorbell and he was greeted by his beloved mother, the old hag. He did not give her enough time to scold him he immediately started talking after entering the house.

Kat: mom we need to talk.

Mit: mom?! Okay just let me call your father.

When both parents and katsuki sat in the living area katsuki started talking.

Kat: I'm gonna say something and I'm not gonna repeat afterwards.

Kat:(sighs) Four months ago on my birthday, I realized I had feelings for Deku. Four months ago on that same day, Deku left leaving me a message telling me all his feelings. Four months ago I fell into depression. Two months ago I realized I had the hanahaki disease and today I am here in your house to tell you that I am sorry for being a rebellious brat and sorry for everything because I only have few days left to live because I am not gonna take the surgery. (breaks downcrying) I don't want to forget him.

Third-person pov~

After katsuki finished his parents both cried for their son but he suddenly fainted away which caused them to panic and carry him to the hospital.

*time skip to after katsuki conditions stabilized*

Doctor: are you both here for katsuki bakugou?

Kats parents: yes we're his parents

Doctor: I'm sorry to have to say this but your son has fallen into a coma and had an estimated 3 days to live. Please reconsider him taking the surgery before its to late.

Kats parents: okay thank you.

Masaru: what are we going to do

Mitsuki: I'm going to call izuku wait for me here

Mitsuki then walked out of the hospital and called izuku.

Izu: hi aunty it's been a while.

Mit: yes it has darling. I know this is abrupt but do you by chance still have feelings for bakugou.

Izu: umm ......... yes aunty I do but I already told him when I left. I know he doesn't feel the same.

Mit: did you give him time to tell you?

Izu: no I blocked him

Mit: well listen here izuku. katsuki is at A citizen hospital he's in a coma and has 3 days to live because he thinks you don't love him anymore so he is suffering from the hanahaki disease...

Izu: .............. I'm on my way.

Izuku then hung up texted his mom what was going on and organized himself to go catch a plane back to Japan. When he arrived he left all his bags at a hotel, caught a cab and rushed to the hospital. As he entered katsuki's ward he broke down as soon as he saw all the machines attached to katsuki. He then sat on the chair next to katsuki bed and started talking to him while crying.

Izu: hey kacchan it's been a while. Your mom told me what's going on so here I am i guess................... Kacchan do you know that even though you treated me like shit when I was here I still couldn't move on................... Funny right. I don't know if you could hear me but all I want you to know is that I still love you.

At the echo of those words in the empty hospital ward katsuki's heart thermometer began accelerating and katsuki coughed up blood, roses and vines only to repeat the same words.

Kat: I love you too shitty nerd.
