Chapter 2 - Temporary Guest?

"Y/N, wake up."

"Mhm, Two more minutes."

"No, you'll be late if you sleep more, Get up!"

"Late for what?" I yawned.

"For university you idiot. It's your first day and you don't want to be late now, do you?" My mom enquired.

"I guess two more minutes won't hurt." I yawned again and went to sleep.

- 24 seconds later -

"Gahhhh!" I cough violently.

"Get up and freshen up, Come downstairs and eat your breakfast and go to university." Mom said while holding a bucket and it's water soaking me.

"Seriously Mom? You need to stop reading too much Magazines which gives you these ridiculous ideas to wake people up!" I shouted as My mom left my room.

I sighed. "Might as well get ready now that I have woken up."

I freshened up and went downstairs in a simple white t - shirt and blue jeans. Typical and classic, I know.

"Mom I am here, where's the breakfast?" I said as I came downstairs.

I looked around in the lounge, kitchen and my parents room but she was no where to be found. I started to get worried but then suddenly She appeared from outside.

"Mom where were you? I got worried." I hurriedly said.

"Oh, don't worry, I just went to the corner of the block to pick someone up." My mom replied to me.

"Someone? Is anyone coming to our home?" I questioned.

"My friend is going to a business trip and her son needs to attend the university, he can't go with her, so he's staying here for now."

"Oh okay, whatever. Where is he now?" I enquired mom with a thoughtful expression.

"I sent him to pick up some groceries, he'll be back soon, and now, go eat your breakfast, it's in the dining room." With that being said she went to kitchen.

I went to the dining room and ate my breakfast. I was getting Late for university. So I took my stuff and bid her goodbye and told her I'll meet the guest properly when I'm back.

I opened the front door and was about to go outside when a Guy came in front of me with groceries in his hand. I looked at him and my breath hitched.

"Oh uh sorry." He apologized.

Even ethreal was an understatement for this guy.
