Rosetta and Emma

"Uwaaaaaahhhh" a loud cry was heard in the whole room. But one person seem irritated by the noise.

"Send this woman and child in the shack deep within the forest, I don't want anyone of you speaking of this again, HEAR ME?!" A man shouted with authority.

"Your excellency! I beg of you, please don't! Put me there instead and keep the child!" the woman in the bed said crying and pleading.

"My words are final!Send them off after this child is cleaned" with his final words he left off and not even spare a glance at the crying baby girl.

A maid cleaned the baby and gave it to the crying mother. The maids around them felt pity towards them. But there is nothing they could do, they are just merely peasants taken in to be servants.

The mother looked at the baby sleeping in her arms. She was delighted to see her child, but was sorry for the future that they will both have.

..."I shall name you Wisteria, Wisteria Annabel hoping you to have a long life and withstand the negativity around you. You shall carry my Surname De la Cerda. And let them know what's coming to them. The woman whispered the last part....

The maids let the woman rest for awhile before sending them to the shack at the back forest of the Duston Mansion. One little maid came with them on her own decision.She was kind to the woman, Rosetta.

Rosetta's mind was full of hatred towards the Duke Duston. After raping her when he was drunk he did not feel guilty at most. She never agreed on abortion for it was sin in her eyes. So the Duke made a deal on with Rosetta. If she gives birth to a boy he will take in the child and make her stay but as a maid. But If it's a girl he will abandon them.

She stared at the shack, it wasn't to big not too small for the three of them. She stared at her lovely sleeping new born baby and smiled.

" This shall be our home my dear Wisteria...for now. We shall find a way to leave this place." she said, even though the Duke sent them to the shack, he did not also want them to leave, for he feared that the whole land will know what he has done and ruin his reputation.

"Emmalyn, do we still have warm water?" Rosetta said while glancing at her sleeping 5 days old baby. 'This child was such a sleepy head' Rosetta thought. Wisteria has been sleeping a lot, she did not even see her child's eyes yet.

"Not yet Miss Rose, I will warm one right now." Emma said and went to the kitchen, well the are were they decided that it was a kitchen. The Duke had a little conscience that he sent a bed and some utensils and clothes for them and let a maid send them food.

"Thank you Emma" Rose said and prepared a clothing for her child. She was happy when someone wanted to come with them. But was shocked to see that it was a 12 year old kid. But sti she was thankful.

"Miss Rose! The warm water is ready!" Emma shouted causing the child to be startled and open her eyes,that made Rosetta overly joyed.

"Emma! Come, Wisteria opened her eyes!" Rosetta excitedly called Emma, who was now running towards them.

"She has beautiful golden eyes Emma! Just like mine! " Rosetta said overjoyed.
