I take his hand and start to walk near a dressing room I give him a T-shirt and a black jeans I ask him to where this dress and come fast he was just standing there so I push him inside the dressing room and lock from outside he didn't even do anything. after some time so I just bang the door a little still no response so I open the door and see that he is till in patient clothes so I go inside and start to dress up him he was just in his own world he when I was done dressing him I came out he just look himself in mirror and like he was shocked.
