I was baffled—wondering why the hell she stormed out of the room—when a sudden ruckus from outside struck me back to reality. Bothering by the noise, I peered out of the door only to see a crowd circling a female student. Guess who, you're right it was Sophia dragging her slaves again.
I expected she would call me from the outside but I was surprised as she went straight to our class and slammed her hand on my desk.
“Good day, Mr. Lu,” she said with a stiff smile.
“Oum, yeah good... yeah good day.” What's with her scary aura today?! “Oh, right. What brings you here, all of a sudden, Ummm, Miss Sophia.” I suddenly turned into my formal mode. My eyes wandered everywhere except her gaze. Aaahhh, I can't look at her!...of course it's not as though her beauty's too much for me but...
“Oh, did I startle you? sorry for that, my bad. Anyway, I don't know that you turn into like this, Lu,” she said and pulled something from her back.
It was a piece of paper—no, not just a simple paper but it was looked like photo paper. She placed it on my desk with a slam, making my spine run a shiver from the bottom to the top part.
“Turn what?” I asked pleasantly, trying not to make her mad...no, by the looks of her face, she's already mad.
Slowly, she brought her hand back to her and crossed it with the other in front of her chest, revealing the photo of me walking in the hallway with that damn junior clinging to my back—in short, he piggyback ride yesterday.
Oh my!
“You disappoint me, I never thought that you'll turn into a lolicon after all the sadistic and masochist plays I'd done with you,” she said, wiping the corner of her eyes.
Hey, there's no a single molecule of a tear there! wait, I've never turned into lolicon, and I'd never done any single S&M play with you! you just tormented me!
“Care to explain it, Lu?”
“Ah! Umm, you know...” I tied to search for something to save myself but it seemed even the god and goddess turned their back to me.
“Did you hear it?”
“I see, so the girl who went here earlier...”
“Lolicon...”
“Yeah, living industrial trash.”
“Lu...”
Then, I heard my classmates murmurs. You sure don't know how your words tear my heart apart. Yep, I, Lucas Menez, is now a total lolicon in the eyes of my classmates. How great is that right? of course it's not!
“That's Miss Hannah's younger sister, she asked me to go fetch her and throw Nami to her cubicle. That's why I was with her yesterday, you know... kids love to piggyback ride heh heh hehe.” I was certain that my laugh looked so horrible.
“Lu...” I turned my head as soon as I heard that familiar voice.
Finally, my SAVIOR Hiro!
“Not only you're a lolicon but you also chose to target our teacher's little sister... I can't believe it,” Hiro said with disappointment. No, I was the one who's disappointed.
“You jerk!”
“It's okay, Lu. All guys have their preferences when it comes to girls, it just happened that you're into young girls. Nothing's wrong with that... I mean, take me for example, I like girls with juicy thighs and large boobs. Nothing beats that preference. Anyhow, you're still my friend whatever girls you like, you're still my friend.”
“So, you're comforting me?” I asked with a vague smile. I'd get fooled by this guy ever again.
“Ummm, yeah. I guess,” he answered with an unsure look on his face. See even you doubting you're self.
*Erm* Sophia cleared her throat and looked down at me as though I was the most horrible person in the world. “Lucas?”
Lucas? I never heard her call me like that, is it bad?
She sighed, clutching her head, and took the photo and brought her face to mine. I recoiled but kept my composure as she started to talk in low voice “I'll ask you one thing. I know these few months or days I've been so harsh to you. Even I, aware of that. You're entering the school with glares pointing at you, and you're leaving the school grounds hearing people talking about you. I know it's all because of me, It's my fault.”
If she already knew it why was she still asking this stuff?
“Then, if you already know that, why are you still doing it? I hate it you know, I just act normal to forget how they look at me. You're too popular and everyone in this school knows you, so what would happen if they knew you were visiting a class below yours for a specific person? of course, they'll get jealous. Even if you all did was making fun of me, they still get jealous, you know. And I hate someone getting jealous because of me,” I stated, leaning my forehead against the edge of my desk and covering my face.
“You're still self-conscious, Lu.”
“Yeah, I know...”
“You don't want the other people to look at you because you easily get anxious.”
Yeah, that was what I really am...
“Do you hate me?” she asked, whispering directly to my ear.
I knew if someone would see us doing this stuff they'd think something was going on between us. I peered through the gap of my arms and looked directly into her eyes.
“Yeah, sorry.”
My body felt so heavy and I felt something was stuck in my throat. It kept pulling my words away from my mouth and I couldn't say anything other than that. How uncool I am.
“I see,” she answered and brought her face back. She spun around and tend to leave but she halted and looked over her shoulder to me. “I thought, I somehow change that side of you. Guess it's all just my thoughts,” she continued and left our classroom.
I heard her trolls call her name with a worried tone. Judging from the series of footsteps, they followed after her. I don't know, how would I know when I immediately close my eyes after I heard her say that.
“I guess it was too much for my high school romance, huh...”
