Going home

Colton carried Kate out of the house since Colton didn't went to let her go and Kate didn't want to get down. Colton's driver opened the door for them and Colton sat down. Kate was now in his lap with her head against his chest. The driver got back in the car and started going back to the Smith's house. After a while Colton felt Kate shaking and quite sobs coming from her. "Hey, hey it's ok. Nothing is going to happen to you ok." Colton put his arms around her and rubbed her back."What's wrong? Did I do something?" Kate silently shook her head. "Then what's wrong sweety? You know u can tell me anything." Kate lifted her head up looking into Colton's eyes. "I'm just so happy that u finally found me. I thought that you had forgotten about me."

Kate starts to cry harder now. She put her head back on Coltons chest wrapping her hands around him. "Now how could I forget about you. You promised me that you would marry me remember?" Kate nodded her head. Colton took his hand and lifted her chin making her look into his eyes. "You know all these years I've been looking for you. There wasn't a single day that I didn't think about you. How could I not you were my first and only love."

Kate had smiled hearing this but hearing the last part her smile fell. "Wait so.. You don't love me anymore?" Tears began rushing to her eyes again daring to fall. "No, no that's not what I ment. I still and will always love you." Colton panicked. Kate looked up at Colton "Promise?" Colton smiled "Promise." For the rest of the ride home Kate sat in Coltons lap with her head on his chest. Colton had his arms wrapped around Kate's waist and his chin resting on her head.

When the driver pulls up to the Smith's villa both Kate and Colton got out. Colton wasn't carting her anymore. He was a little disappointed but he knew that he would have plenty more time in the future. They walk in to Mr. Smith and Mrs. Smith sitting in the living room. As soon as they saw them they stood up and rushed to Kate. For they could see her blood shot eyes from crying and they wanted to comfort her. Also they just wanted to hug her because they haven't seen her in such a long time.

Both Mr. Smith and Mrs. Smith hug her at once. Kate hugs them back she almost started crying again but she holds back with all of her might. After awhile they let go and bring her over to the couch to talk. "Thank you so much for getting me out of that awful house." Kate looked back between Colton, Mr. Smith, and Mrs. Smith while saying this. "There is no need to thank us. All of us have been searching for you since the day that your so called father took you away. Especially Colton." Mrs. Smith said the last part with a wink. Kate face got a little red and she looked down at her lap. "Umm...." Kate started out saying "Could we actually go back there tomorrow?" Mr. Smith, Mrs. Smith, and Colton were confused at what Kate was saying. She had just thanked them for them getting het out of there and now she wants to go back? Is there a boy she likes? At just the thought of Kate liking another guy besides him made Coltons blood boil. Then Kate continues "I want to go back so that I can get my mother's stuff back. They have been using it to threaten me. Saying that if I don't do what they want then they will burn my mother's things." After hearing this Mrs. Smith face got red with anger "HOW DARE THEY!!! THEY LAY ONE FINGER ON MY BESTIES THINGS AND I WILL KILL THEM ALL WITH MY BARE HANDS!!" Mrs. Smith's blood was boiling but after a minute she calmed bown. "Sorry sweetheart I didn't mean to startle you is just that I was very protective over your mother. She was the only one who really understood me."
