Story 3

I’m not the greatest person. I’ve done a lot of of bad in my lifetime. I was a mobster with no morals nor interest in religion. Right now I’m taking a job. Recently a gang war started between the North and the South. I’m a part of the North but I’ve been lent the job to become a spy and report all the information I have to one of my superiors. I would be spying on one of the 4 mobster bosses names Leonardo. I was with 2 other spies a good friend Marco and a man I didn’t know who was miles, Of course it wasn’t their real name but it’s what they would be called. While I was trying to listen to Leonardo Miles told me that they were gonna be attacking the Northsiders on June 4th which was 3 days from now. And that they would go through one of the underground tunnels to surprise them. He told me that he had already told our men Evers so there was no need for me to go tell our allies.The next day I woke up to screams. It was Marco. Leonardo found out he was a spy. As I entered the dark room with only a single spotlight pointing towards him they caught me. Leonardo had also started to suspect me. They told me that either I shoot Marco or they shoot me. I’d decided to save myself and shoot him. I felt so ashamed, so guilty, so.... mad about what I’d just done. The next 2 days had passed and today was the day they would strike. As me Leonardo, Miles, and another Mobster was walking with us toward the tunnel mikes shot me on the leg. Leonardo was standing next to him laughing. I’d then realized that Mikes had betrayed us and sided with Leonardo. I immediately shot the other mobster and pointed my gun at mikes but another shot was fired at my hand. My fingers were blown of. I screamed in horror to my middle and index finger in pieces next to me near the floor. Leonardo went to my ear and said “you let your friend die and now you’re laying the price”. They spent the next few minutes punching me and breaking the remaining fingers I had left. Then Miles shot me one last time in the head to end me off. I woke up on a group of clouds to an individual that was shining so bright that I nearly went blind. I thought to myself that the after life was great. But then I suddenly started to fall. Once I landed i was okay for some reason. I suddenly felt hot and realized I was in some sort of cell. There were 2 young kids I saw across from me asleep. I felt like my skin was burning off. The pain was so unbearable I didn’t know what to do but scream. I then see a tall individual with red skin come up to me and brand me. He whispered to me “are you ready for the next round?” in a sinister laugh. I then suddenly came to my senses to find myself at the moment where I’m about to shoot Marco.
