"And that's the bell, remember to do the homework I assigned you."

"Yes~"

Finally, now I can check if this school has one!

Running past people is bad because I could bump into somebody and hurt them so I'll walk, but I'm so exited to see if this school has it- !

As I'm walking I notice people going into clubrooms.

"W-Wha? I guess everybody but me has a club they belong to.."

I sigh.

"Oh? I'm at the billboard where the club posters are already, guess I was lost in thought haha."

As I rub the back of my neck I roll my eyes frantically to try to find a certain club.

"Oh, it's not there, but I can't give up just yet, Maybe I should make one..?"

I walked to a teacher to ask her if she knows how to start a club.

"Hm? You want to start a club? What type of club? Do you have enough members?"

Instead she was the one asking all the questions.

"Um yes, I want to start a club, a service club that helps people and I'm the only m-member so far.."

I said it..

"I see.. Well club registration closes next month and the minimum is 4 members so if you don't find enough members you can't register a club.. If you do find members you could come to me and I can sponsor it."

I had the slightest glimmer of hope in that moment, little did I know at that time what was going to unfold.

"Alright!"

I said my goodbyes to the teacher as I turned around and started walking back home.

"At times like these I wish I had a bike.."

Standing in front of my house, the only thing I could think about is the fact that there's a chance I could fulfill my dream of joining a service club.

"hehe"

When I walked in the first thing that was smoke.

"Smoke.. Smoke?!"

I ran to the source of the smoke to see what was happening.

"huff huff, Emy?!"

It was fire.. And my sister, she was pale.

"T- Tuss.. I tried cooking and..-"

At that moment, I grew pale too.

"Mom's going to kill us!!"

I quickily went to the bathroom to get a bucket of cold water and sprayed it over the fire.

"A little help here??"

My sister flinched and glaced at me.

"R.. Right!:

We repeatedly did this until the fire was extinguished.

"huff.. You know.. huff.. We could've just called.. huff.. firefighters.."

I looked at her and then shook my head.

"If we cause that kund of commotion mom would know. I shiver when I think about what would happen if she found out. "

...

".. Yeah.."

"What the heck were you cooking anyways?"

I glared at her with curiosity.

"A- An omelet.."

huh? An omelet? Isn't that the easiest thing to cook on a frying pan in all of existence? how the hell can she make a fire while cooking an omelet-

"Um, Tuss? Are you ok? You're spacing out.."

I got up and left the kitchen since I was done cleaning up.

"Wha-"

"Sorry Emy, I need some time to process this."

After processing everything, the only possible conclusion I could come to was that something must've malfunctioned.
