THE STUCK CASE

Before Amelia could speak anything , the lawyer who was fighting the case against Amelia and who had proved that Emma was a perpetrator , name harriam spoke .

(Harriam is also a very good lawyer , he is also famous for winning cases , till date he has won most of the cases he has fought . But harriam can cross all the limit to win the case . He also wins the case with the help of false witnesses and false evidence , he does not matter whether an innocent person get punished or not .)

Harriam said that my lord what is this going on , how can anyone come inside breaking the court room door like this , I think this girl Amelia is insulting you and wasting our time too .

Everyone present in the court room was talking about that girl Amelia , it seemed as if that girl had changed the whole atmosphere of the court room .

Now in the court room only the noise was heard . The judge said ,"order , order , please keep peace in the court room . From the judge's order , all the people present in the court became silent and started looking at the judge to see what the judge decide now .

The judge looked at Amelia and said to her that you want to say something ? By hearing this harriam said in anger , My Lord there is no need to ask anything now because i have already proved that Emma is guilty .

The judge said to Harriam that everyone have right to keep their point and to prove their point . Hearing of the judge , Harriam could not say anything further . The judge again told Amelia that you want to say something ?

Amelia took a long breath , overcoming her anger and said that My Lord , I just want to say that today one of the innocents (Emma) in this court is going to be punished and it is just a matter of sadness that the innocent is not going to get a chance to speak today .

Harriam said in the middle that all the evidence is against him and a convict should not get a chance but only punishment . The judge said let him complete his talk and you sit silently now harriam .

Amelia thanked the judge and said I know that Emma is not being given a chance to prove herself innocent because all the evidence is against her , but it is also possible that the evidence has been tampered with or the evidence has been changed .

Hearing all this , Harriam was left with sweat . But he said while handling himself , what do you think that I have changed the evidence , I have bought the witnesses .

The judge again said to Harriam that this is my last warning for you , shut up until you are asked to speak .

But whatever , Amelia had a point and due to Harriam's sudden sweat , the judge was thinking whether his decision is right or not .

After a while the judge said that i will now pronounce my decision after the lunch break of 30:00 minutes and by then Amelia can stay with Emma if she wants in alone .

Now the question in everyone's mind was , what will be the judge's decision and is Emma really innocent or is Amelia just saying anything to save her friend ?
