Prologue

"It was another day, another hour and another minute of my not-so-thrilling life,".... Said a woman in front of an audience...Then some people gave out signs to her.

Oh! Yeah, wait, I forgot to introduce myself! Hi! My pen name is Narra Thor, and I am about to tell you a story that was very much special to me.

Well, I could already predict that while listening to me, the first thing that'll come to mind is that this is just fiction, or I made it up, but, no homies, this ain't no fiction! This is not a love story either.

Shall I ask you guys if you believe in happy endings?

Lot's of "NO!" and "YES!" answers overlap in the audience. Haha. How so? Isn't it nice to escape from reality, feel like everyone can be happy, except for the bad guys.

  I mean, happy endings have occurred to many people, but how long will it last. For how long can we be happy? In this story, we will see.

This story was really important to me, however, this story is not about me, it's about a woman. A strong woman named Cerene.

Cerene was quite unusual for a girl. back then, she was hideous. But, never mind that, let's start in the middle of our story. As I said Cerene was very unique, She was 21 years old then, she had dark gray hair that reflected light, sort of metallic but it was silky smooth. Her eyes were as dark and deep as the stormy sea, looking at it was mesmerizing, she had a petite face, naturally smooth imperial red lips, and a pointy nose.

She was a little tanned, morena if you must say. Her body was slender and she had long legs, she was about 174cm high too. She had the most ideal body in their country. She was also smart, always top of the class.

She was talented in many different areas too. She was a pure Filipina and learned how to speak German, Spanish, Italian, Filipino, English, and a little bit of Mandarin. But she has no fashion sense. But beyond all that, she was fierce and she knows how to fight!".

   Rather than excited, Narra left out a sigh of grief.

"It was due to an incident in the past but". She paused and thought to herself for a second. "I am not YET gonna tell you about that! Going on with the story,

it was just any other day of her life except it was the first day of college."

Cerene speaking to an audio recorder, "Day 90, August 13 2018 Monday, 5:43 in the morning", she left out a short sigh, "I woke up early because it's the first day of school, woohoo..." She said in a sarcastic tone while getting herself ready.

   "Ughh, dagnabbit! Where the hell is my phone?!!" She screamed countless times... without even truly looking for it. "Ooh, my darling there you are!" She said with relief in a prolonged speech.

   "At long last, I'm ready, whoo," She said to herself, she searched for her phone to see what time it is when her eyes widened like a shocked baby.

   "OH SHOOT! I'm gonna be late!"

She ran quickly like nothing else matters, then she heard a really loud noise from behind.

"CeEeEe!" Someone from behind was screaming with half of her body car window and a phone in her hand.

Cerene knew right away that it was gonna be trouble and tried to ignore it.

"Oh shoot! My phone fell!" The woman from behind exclaimed.

Cerene looked back and couldn't help but laugh at the silly girl despite knowing she's gonna be late.

"Mr. Driver! Mr. Driver, please stop the cAaR!" the brunette young girl screamed aggressively as the car suddenly stops, making her almost falling out. "Oh oop-"

Cerene walked up to them and handed the fallen cellphone to the girl."Quinny, that was quite a scene you've caused there." She chuckled. "You're the worst Cee! I was gonna let you ride with me coz I saw you running and you were gonna be late! And you were hard to catch, even with a car! o(≧口≦)o And now I think I'm gonna have to reconsid-"

Cerene abruptly said. "Oh, great! Thanks" she opened the car door.

"Wuuh? Hey, AH! What are you doing?!" She exclaimed in surprise. "Scoot over, missy!" Cerene demanded.

Quinnley couldn't object, Even though it was forced.

Their trip to school was carried on.

"By the way, Cee, why aren't you using your car?" Quinnley questioned.

"Coding." Cee replied. "Oh, I see.. so how was your summer, huh? Uhmm.. any cute boys?!" Quinn followed up optimistically.

"No, Men are Beasts, and they only like our breasts," she said seriously, while sipping coffee with her straw. Then the driver suddenly said, "OUCH!! That is so not true milady"

"IKR Mr. Stevenson, Not all guys are like that" Quinny pouted

And then after a while, they arrived... late, that is.

"WHEeww" Cerene whistled in a descending tone. "So much for waking up early," she said.

"Welp, well at least we came, right? I mean we're only a little late." Quinn said while trying to cheer her up.

Cerene walked three small steps forward and said with a cheerful voice. "Yup, there is no use in whining. Let's look on the bright side, we got to school! I mean look at this place, we're at the

FRICKIN UNIVERSITY OF FRICKIN KENTBURY YYIIEEE" both of the girls squealed in joy hand in hand, jumping around in circles when suddenly...

Cerene felt wet and sticky. Then Cerene thought to herself

"Oh my gosh! Did I just have my period? I feel like I had my period\, but that can't be I had it last week.*sigh* my lips feel strange. OOf- That's weird I can't see\, gosh I feel so dizzy" Her head spun for a while\,

then the lights went out.

After a while, Cerene found herself on a bed in a white room, "Ughh, my head!" She groaned.

Then she heard someone said, "Ahh, you're awake!"

She searched for the voice that she had heard, there she saw a beautiful young man looking serious, and that was when...

"And you're cute!" She thought aloud.

"Excuse me?" He replied.

... they met.
