~Saturday, 2:18 am Hospital~

`` Pftt!! HAHA!! I was supposed to have an emotional moment here but i ended up laughing because of you're stupidity! ``

I'm so thankful that i have a moron like him by my side.

|| FLASHBACK ||

I'm at my room when i heard my brother shouting from outside that's why i hurriedly stood up then ran towards the door, While holding the doorknob a sudden pinch from my heart made me hesitate. i dont know why but i felt like something bad was about to happened.

`` SISSY!!! M-MOM!! ``

A tear escaped my eyes when i saw my brother crying besides my mom lying at the floor with blood on her mouth.

`` W-what? M-mom? ``

I slowly walked towards them. My eyes were stucked on my mom suddenly everything became blurry as i felt some hot liquid substance falling from my eyes.

`` A-ash, Tell me what happened to mom ``

My six years old brother was crying and shaking right besides me. I grabbed my phone and immediately called for 911.

`` 911 what's you're emergency? ``

`` M-my mom... ``

I was dumbfounded when i felt a hot and comfortable embrace around me.

`` Everything will be alright ``

Once again i started sobbing when i heard what drey told me, The truth is i can't handle this type of situations and i am so thankful that i have him to cheer me up.

I can't stop myself from sobbing when i felt a painful sting on my heart.

`` S-she only have 1 Month left ``

I felt my heart bleeding by the thought of my mom dying, I dont think i can ever accept the fact that we only have one more month with her.

Drake looked at me then gave me those soothing smile of his And because of those smiles i felt my self feeling a little bit more better now.

~Monday, 12:25 pm Rosewood Academy~

I was walking at the hallway while carrying my books when i saw drake walking past at me with a red rose on his right hand.

I was about to call him when he suddenly stopped from walking.

`` YES !! ``

Wait is that...? It's kath! i looked at drake and saw him clenching his fist with a dark aura surrounding him.

I suddenly remembered drake talking to me about the girl he was courting, could it be that kath was the girl he was talking about?

I walked towards drake then held his hand, I walked away while dragging him with me.

`` Quin?? ``

Pain was evident on his voice which made me felt the same agony he was feeling.

`` Was it kath? ``

I asked him while we were still walking, It took him a few minutes to answer that one simple question i was asking which i found annoying.

`` Yes ``

I stopped walking then faced him, His not crying but i can feel that his hurt.

`` Why didn't you told me? ``

He looked at me straight into my eyes then i felt him holding my hand tighter.

`` I'm fine, Don't worry ``

He smiled at me but i wasn't convinced it was so obvious that those smiles were fake.

`` D-drake? ``

Drake and i both looked at the lady who called his name, And then we saw kath looking at the ground she looked sad.

`` What is it ? ``

I focused my eyes on drake and was surprised when i saw how cold his eyes were.

`` I k-know you're hurt but I r-really like someone else, I'm so- ``

I was dumbfounded when i felt drake's soft lips on mine.

' WHAT THE F!?! '

`` Kath meet my girlfriend quin! ``
