The beginning

Hi I’m Aaron, Ok, let’s get straight to the point I knew these few months wasn’t going to be a normal! Sure it may have started out normal but I ended up married by the end of it! Fine I’ll tell this story from the beginning. I woke-up and everything was normal I got up I got dressed and went to the dining hall to see my mother talking with the top maid and as soon as I walked in I knew something was off then it happened

“Oh just the person I wanted to see” my mother exclaimed and she only said that when either I was in trouble or she was going to say something I didn’t like.

“Hello mother, is everything ok?” I ask hoping she didn’t find the graffiti in the broken bathroom.

“Well as you know you need a suiter...”

she say kinda uncomfortable

“We’ve been over this I’m gay mom” I tell her for the millionth time

“I know that’s why I’m setting you up Lea’s son Luke” she says as the maid who was sitting down gets up

“Is this true Lea?!” I say panicked me and Luke never really got along but if I’m being honest I kinda didn’t mind but I’d never say that out loud

“Yup but I haven’t told Luke yet.” She says so calmly

“Why not?” I ask

“He’s still out doing chores” she says

“I-oh ok” I say I don’t know what I was going to say but I knew I had to stop myself because in that moment he walked into the room.

“Hey mom you needed me, oh hello your highness” he says to me

“Oh Umm just call me Aaron, ok?” I say he looks up i me confused but carries on talking to his mom about what he’s got done but I’m not really paying attention I’m still processing what just happene-

“What why?” He asked his mother I’m confused for a moment but then realize he just got told he’s going to marry me.

“ not to be rude your highnesses” he says addressing me and my mother “ but me and Aaron haven’t actually seen how well we’d work together so I don’t kn—“ he was cut of by my mother who says “ that’s why we will give you 9 months to be in a relationship till you have to get married” I’m shocked my mother has never pushed much in me since I turned 17 but this is not my ideal ‘hey you get to marry your crush of 4 years’ like come on it’s not like he likes me back any ways. But nevertheless it’s my duty to find a werthy suture no matter who or how.

“Fine” I say “only if Luke agrees to it”

“If I must I will” he says after me. I’ve always been a fan of people who do there job without complaint and Luke is no exception.
