"Be my fiance"

These were the words that changed Selene's life.

Even till yesterday she was able to be low-key infront of all the people in the University but now just because of a random guy that her grandpa introduced to her last night had proposed to her infront of everybody in the campus she was furious. But she did not say anything because she did not want everyone to know about her identity of being a heiress!

She pulled the man away from all the people to an empty classroom she was in rage wanted to literally beat him up but she was helpless. The guy was no other than Cristian Wu!!

Even though she was rich heiress and there was hardly any difference between the two of them since both of them came from the most famous families in the city .

"You sure are aggressive Miss Lee. I didn't expect you to move this fast in the relationship but I don't mind" Cristian said with a smirk on his face.

Selene was very angry when she heard those words " What do you mean by that??? We're not even in a relationship? How can I be your fiance when I don't even know you?"

"Hm then how about a date we'll get to know each other and then we can get married" Cristian said with a smile on his face.

Selene was flustered and blushed a little when she saw his smile. She had heard of him being a cold CEO who never smiled or showed any expression.

But she soon snapped out of it 'So what if he was the most handsome guy in the city that doesn't mean she'll go on a date with him!'

she thought in her mind.

But before she could answer, Cristian slipped a diamond ring into her finger "Well then I'll pick you up at 11 tomorrow"

he said with the same smile and kissed her forehead and then left.

Selene who was still standing there still hadn't processed what had happened .

Suddenly she remembered about the kiss and her cheeks flushed "aaah why am I getting so embarrassed?? It was just a kiss in the forehead... Yeah it was just a kiss!!" .

She suddenly looked at the ring that Cristian had slipped into her fingers. It was a beautiful ring, even though it looked simple anyone could tell it was an expensive ring.

Being brought up in a rich family jewelleries were a common thing for Selene and she didn't have much interest in them but this ring was actually very pretty.

She was about to go back home but she remembered that there were still many people outside. So she took the back door and called her chauffeur to pick her up from the back door.

On her way back she thought about all the things that had happened today. She then remembered about the date tomorrow. She did not want to go. So she planned to sneak out tomorrow.

When she arrived at home there was a lot of commotion but it wasn't nothing new because the whole Lee family lived together in the Lee Mansion so the mansion was never quite. Selene's family was a very tight knitted family. They believed that only when they were together they could be indestructible and that's what made the Lee family so powerful in the City. The mansion was extremely huge and was built by Selene's great grandfather .

When she entered the mansion everyone was present downstairs and they stared at Selene with a smile on they face. Selene knew something was about to happen and she was right.

"Come here Sei" said Grandpa with a sweet voice. Sei was a nickname given to Selene by her grandpa.

Everyone loved Selene very much because she was the first daughter to be born in the Lee family after three generations so she doted on all the time.

She was also everyone's favourite because even after being dotted on so much she never went astray and had a good academic score and personality.

"Yes grandpa" said Selene with a calm voice.

"Remember the boy from yesterday? the one I introduced you to he was the son of the Wu family. He asked for you hand in marriage. We won't force you to get married to him but I hope you would give him a chance. But it's alright if you don't want to.I just think that he's a very outstanding man and is perfect for you" said Grandpa with a smile.. "I won't ever force you you know that Sei".

Selene had seen it coming and did not reject it after all she was 22 yrs old even though she wasn't that old she never actually dated anybody because dating was never in her thoughts so she thought about giving it a chance "Alright grandpa. I'll go on a date tomorrow with him. It's ok if I don't like him and reject him... right grandpa??"

"Ofcourse my sweetheart grandpa will never force you" Grandpa said reassuring her that he wouldn't force her after all she was his precious granddaughter.

Selene then just went to her room without much thoughts because she knew whatever her grandpa would choose for her is always the best so she had no reason to say no to him. She changed up and went to bed.

On the other side of the city was a cold Ceo who was now jumping around like a puppy because the girl he had liked was going on a date with her."I can't wait for tomorrow to come" said the once cold Ceo whose cold demeanor was nowhere to be found.

Cristian thought about the time when he had fell for her. He saw her in a social gathering and she was a new face. Selene never liked social gatherings because she thought that everyone there were fake and just tried to befriend her because she was the Lee family's heiress so it was not normal for her to attend a gathering.

He had seen her in the garden alone under the moonlight enjoy the pretty view of the stars. He had fell in love with her. He wanted to protect her forever that was the feeling he felt for her. He did not talk to her because he didn't want to disturb her and kept on looking at her.

He never knew how he fell in love with her but he wanted to know everything about her whe he saw Selene.
