So in first chapter we talked about many things, so in this chapter let's focus on one thing"what is depression", "depression" this word seems so uncool right?, well this thing is kind of disease, let's see it's definition Turtle head give it please

Head - Sometimes we just lost interest in everything, we just started hating everything everyone around us, all we think it's just negative thaughts and feelings, we Just stop finding joy and started attracting us toward things which deep down making us more break,

and in this illness even if someone is trying to giving you solutions you'll just ignore them by thinking he/she is saying trash at all because everything, everyone is wrong in front of you in this state, am i right? our mind has blocked with depressing things in this state and we need to broke that wall and come out of that situation, sometimes it cause by heartbreak, or so much pressure, that pressure of study, family problems or morning pressure

Head - oops! not morning pressure (-_-メ),ahem! so self detachment is also part of depression, In this age of era teenagers are going through so much that no one can think and alot more we'll discuss later
