Chapter 2 'Thats a First...'

...(Lux POV)...

For the rest of the day, me and Bonfils didn't talk to one another since I remained in my room the whole time, still racking my brain. And like everyday of my life, the whole day went by like an arrow, it is now Sunday and I woke up at 5 AM and waited outside the apartment for the delivery I made.

A stood there for a good 30 minutes, then suddenly "Lux!" the guy that I am meeting finally came, calling out my name as he runs through the halls. I then looked at him "Took you long enough, Jacques..." I said to him.

...{Lux's head space}...

...Meet my childhood best friend Jacques Kings!...

...Jacques has been my friend for almost 12 years, Jacques came from a family of engineers so he got into the habit of making things and I always test it out for him, to make sure it's not dangerous and so that he wouldn't let anyone use this for this is unsafe. But I distanced myself from him so that I can avoid the risk of him being harmed by the mastermind of the Cronus case....

He then laughed it off "Sorry..." He apologized but continued to laugh softly "So where is it?" I asked him, while looking at the hall making sure nobody followed him "Here!" He then threw the hard drive at me and I catched it, of course, "Thanks... You can go now..." I said to him and he then smiled softly at me and started walking away while waving "Bye!" He said to me then ran off. I went in my apartment as soon as I was sure that Jacques is safe.

I went straight to my room then to my desk and booted up my computer. As soon as it fully loads, I attached the hard drive to the computer and opened the audio file, as soon as I opened it, it then released an old man's ghostly moans and calling out Bonfils.

If you are wondering what am I doing? Well, let's say I am trying to scare off Bonfils by attaching this audio recording to a microphone that I'll set up in the bathroom later and in his bedroom when he's away. And if that didn't worked immediately I'll just simply repeat it for a few days till he moves out of here.

If you don't know my apartment has been labeled to be haunted by ghosts a lot of the time since every time I have a new roommate I always use this recording so that I can scare them off and I do this trick every time I get a new roommate, thus my apartment has been rumored to be haunted by ghosts.

But believe me, I don't believe in ghosts! For me it's just a made up fairytale to scare off children, and regardless off those videos that are found online, there's still no physical proof that ghosts actually exists, like how people nowadays thinks that the Earth is FLAT! I seriously don't get how a human being with a working brain can think something like that?!

As soon as I attached the hard drive to the microphone, I went to the bathroom and attached it behind the toilet so that the sound can bounce off and so that it can get louder. But since I was there I decided to take a quick shower so that I could feel clean.

As soon as I was done showering I went to my room and picked out my clothes which is a sleeveless shirt, with stripped shirt of blue-and-white and pink-and-white, then white denim shorts.

It is now 6 AM, so I started making breakfast for myself, why only for myself? Well, I have a rule that everything you do around this place shouldn't bother or concern anyone and doing your own laundry and making your own breakfast is one of them...

Anyhow I decided to make a Japanese breakfast for breakfast so, I made Tamagoyaki, Katsudon, fresh strawberry milk and Habutae mochi.

As soon as I started plating for myself, on the counter table of the kitchen, the bedroom door of Bonfil's room then opened "That smells nice..." He said to me in a to tired voice then yawned "Thanks..." I said in a not-so-interested voice, I then noticed Bongils looking around in the counter, probably looking for his own plate of Tamagoyaki, bowl of Katsudon, a glass of fresh strawberry milk and a little plate of Habutae mochi, "If you are looking for food that I made for you then don't expect any since in this place you gotta do everything on your own..." I said to him as I took a bite of my Katsudon. "Uhhh... What?" He said to me in a quite surprised expression.

Okay... This just means that he has never been into a kitchen where there's no food waiting for him... He probably gets breakfast in bed by his maids most of the time...

"Chill..." I said to him "In a few minutes maybe, just maybe, Mrs. Blanchett might come here and give you food..." I continued saying as I took a bite of my Tamagoyaki "Ugh..." He groaned while rolling his eyes "I'll just go take a shower and eat at a cafe..." He said to me, whilst standing up from his stool, I myself smirked slightly.

As soon as he entered in the bathroom I went to my room and took a remote control that let me plays the audio recording whenever I want. I should wait a few minutes before I use it....

So after a good 3 minutes I pressed the play button and hid it quickly and started eating my Tamagoyaki once again, waiting for him to come out of the bathroom freaking out. After awhile he then went out of the bathroom, with just a towel covering his bottom part, and with a quite terrified expression on his face, I successfully was able to hide my smirk and hold my laughter. I then looked at Bonfils confused "Oi! Are you trying to show-off your body?" I asked him sarcastically, then he looked at me "Cause if you are, it ain't working on me, dip(QUACK •>•)!" I said to him, yelling "D-did you hear th-that?" He asked me in a still quite terrified face and with his voice cracking slightly. Looks like my plan is working... I then looked at him confused and tilted my head a little "Did I heard what dip(QUACK •>•)?!" I asked him, yelling "N-nothing... " He said then went back to the shower, then as soon as he turned back I hit the pause button and then finished my breakfast.

...[By the way, I want this to be a quite clean series so everytime I an gonna be using some dirty or bad words I am going be using the (QUACK •>•) for the f and s word, then bench for the b word and many more but I am very sure you guys will figure it out... ]...

...[Anyways, continuing...]...

The whole day went by quickly and as what Bonfils said he did went out to go eat in a cafe giving me a chance to go to his bedroom and attach the microphone there quickly, but there was a little pending since he locked the door but, of course, I knew how to lock pick so my plan went without a hitch, then I went on my usual day as I finished doing that.

Then when nightfall hits I was eating my dinner which is a salisbury steak, some green peas and carrots then a glass of grape juice, not wine grape juice.

"Okay I am going to bed..." Bonfils then said to me as he was about to hold the door knob "Okay, goodnight..." I said to him as I continued eating. Then after 4 minutes I hitted the play button and continued eating...

After 15 minutes, he went out and threw the microphone on the floor while I was putting my dirty dishes inside the dishwasher, I was shocked on how he found the microphone "What the heck is that?!" He asked me furiously "Wow... Now that's a first..." I said to myself then picked up the crushed microphone "What do you mean?!" He asked me once again "I meant, your the first to figure out this trick...." I said to him calmly as I threw the crushed microphone in the trash "Wha-What?" He asked me stuttering, visibly confused "Well..." I yawned as I said that "I think you'll figure it out tomorrow... so for now night'!" I said to him as I went inside my room and locked my door, leaving Bonfils confused as heck...

"Heh... Now thats really interesting..." I said to myself as a smirk crept up to my face.
