Introduction

Beep, beep, beep!

The clock is ringing, showing the time is 8.00 a.m.

My brother, Yatsuba Washirawa is 20 years old and he would always study until late at night to improve his scores in exams. So as a result, everyday he'll wake up late and I'll be the one who wakes him up.

"Yatsuba, breakfast is ready, come here and dig in!" I shouted from the bottom of the stairs trying to wake him up.

"What time is it now?" he asked curiously while tilting his head sloppily to look at the clock, "Hah! I'm late!! Why didn't you woke me up sooner!??" he yelled.

He ran out of his room and bumped to every wall while bringing his towel to take a bath downstairs.

"Hey you, what are you doing standing there like there is no school to go today" Yatsuba shouted while running towards me.

"Where do you want to go? Today's a day off remember?"

He stopped immediately and asked me to leave him alone because of how disappointed he was with what happened just now. I left him at the stairs and laughed a lot after seeing his reaction. 

"What did you think Yatsuba? Hurry and have some breakfast." I laughed.

Today, I've planned to go out with my friends and have some fun to release some stress through all of the words in the books and I think Yatsuba need it too sometimes, so I invited him.

"Yatsuba, do you want to hang out with me and my friends today? It's gonna be so much fun if you're there" I asked him while eating. 

"Will that help me get a perfect score in my next exam?" he asked with a somewhat serious voice. 

"Uh, I guess so. You can release your stress. " I reply slowly.

"Nah, I'm not stressed at all, thank you. I'll pass this time." He went to the bathroom.

I know the exams are important to him but, does that mean I'm not that important to him? I just want to hang out together with him like usual.

Since our parents passed away two years ago, Yatsuba changed. He would always study in his room, not even playing with me anymore.

Who am I to him?

I already tried to attract his attention towards me but, he couldn't see that. I cleaned the house, cook every meal and did everything but, he still couldn't see that. I'm disappointed.

I just want the old Yatsuba.
