Family Problem

She arrived at his dad's company looking stunning as ever, she went straight to the elevator. She was waiting for the elevator to arrive at the top floor when his phone suddenly rings.

*Answer*

"Hey chloe what's up" Zoey said.

"Don't talk to me" Chloe in the other line said. Zoey was confuse a little, this b*tch called her!

"B*tch you called me! And you have the audacity to tell me not to talk to you" Zoey said in anger, her and Chloe are friends since they we're in highschool but till this day she still can't understand her best friend sometimes.

"How can I not be angry with you, YOU GOT US IN TROUBLE LAST NIGHT" his friend shouted. Zoey don't remember anything from last night, this made her really confused and curious.

"Wait, what happened last night?" She said in confusion. She just remembered that her and Chloe went to a bar and that's it! She doesn't remember anything after that. Zoey only know one thing, this morning when she woke up her head was aching and her throat is kinda sore.

"Ohh gurl I have a lot to tell you, it's a looongg story!" Chloe said.

"By the way I am at your house where are you? I am ringing your doorbell yet no one is answering" she added.

"Oh I am at my dads company, sorry I need to hang up talk to ya later!" Zoey without waiting for any answer back from his friend hanged up the phone and proceeds to walk out of the elevator and to his dad's office. When she walks in she saw her father busy talking to someone on the phone.

"Papa" she greeted her father

"O-oh h-hi darling! Why are you here?!" His dad said and in a panic he hanged up the phone. Zoey felt a little suspicious and very confused.

" What do you mean papa? You made me go here" she sat on the couch across from he's father.

" O-oh yeah about that I have something to tell you" his dad said and fix he's posture.

"I have-"

"Boss there is an emergency meeting!" The door opened and comes out he's secretary.

"Oh ok I'll be right there!" He's father answered back.

"Sorry darling can you wait here for a while? I really need to attend this" his father said

"Every time!" She said in irritation while rolling her eyes. He's dad walk out of the office leaving Zoey alone in the room. When suddenly

she heared a phone ringing but she doesn't know where is it. She looked around to find the phone, and then she saw it, it's he's dad's phone. She walks closer to the table and looked at the phone, she felt shock and anger coming out of his body.

"Darling I am back-"

"Who is she?" She greeted her dad with a question.

"What do you mean? I don't understand"

"YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN PAPA!"

"Oh her... That is what i was going to tell you esrlier" he said with a sad voice.

"I-ive been lonely for along time darling i think it is fine if I find another woman" he's dad explained.

"But why didn't you even consider what I am going to feel?!" Zoey.

"Because-"

"BECAUSE YOU DON'T CARE?! YOU CANT EVEN GIVE YOUR DAUGHTER JUST A SINGLE ATTENTION AND NOW YOUR LOOKING FOR A WOMAN TO BE YOUR WIFE?!" Zoey tried to hold back her tears, she doesn't want his dad to see him cry because she want him to see that she is a strong independent woman that don't need any love and attention from him. But it hurts, she feel hurt, all her life her father only cares about his company she doesn't even remember her daughter's birth day!

"I wish mom was here, I WISH SHE WAS HERE BY MY SIDE BECAUSE YOU ARE A USELESS DAD WHO DOESN'T EVEN SEE ANY EFFORT THAT YOUR DAUGHTER GAVE TO YOU... At least this once I wish you asked for my opinion but you didn't cuz you don't care"

"I am sorry darling I am just very lonely" Zoey didn't say anything in shock, he's father never opened up like this before. But, at the same time she felt lonely from her child hood till now. " I may be sad and lonely but I don't want my father to expirience that too " she said in her mind.

"Okay, fine I let you date her" zoey said making he's dad smiled like a little child.

"Thankyou darling... Oh here have a look at this I have a new job for you" he's dad said. Zoey felt sad again. He's dad gave her an envelope.

"I want you to take down another company for me " he's dad said. He open the envelope and there she saw the information she'll be needing to take down that person.

" Vein Valice?...." Zoey said in confusion she think she heard that name before it's very familiar.

"Yes! He is the number 1 most famous company owner in our city! And you know me, I just want to be the number one I am not contented with just number.... So I want you to seduce him to his downfall" his dad laughed and laughed. Zoey look at his dad, she doesn't see any loving kind father in him she just see a greedy old man.

"I-" Zoey was about to speak when the door swang open, they both looked at the door and there they saw Chloe in rage while being pulled by his dad's secretary.

"Chloe?!" Zoey said in worried.

"Zoey don't do this! Can't you see your dad is just using you!" Chloe shouted and pulled his hands from the secretary.

"Mr. Collins sorry to interrupt but you shouldn't do this to your daughter. Can't you see she's being hurt! She's getting alot of hate from people" chloe then showed his phone and there they saw all the comments from the news they just watched earlier this morning, and alot of the comments is hating on Zoey.

"Sorry papa I am just going to talk to chloe on private" she then pulled chloe outside.

"What are you doing?!" Zoey then scolded his best friend Chloe

"Ahhmmm saving you from your father?!"

"Sigh* don't worry me and dad talk about it and I am agreeing to do it, beside this is the only thing I can do for him"

"I am telling you your doing the wrong thing Zoey!"

"Sigh* come on let's just get some sushi I am hungry" Zoey said.

"OOHHH I LOVE SUSHI" Chloe lose his anger when he heard the word sushi. Even though she and chloe always fight they still love each other so much like sisters.
