Sixth Birthday

Around after 5 years of leaving peacefully, Mother, Father and Brother have been planning my sixth Birthday. I still didn't meet others from this Family, but Father mentioned they will be here on my Birthday. Today after Alice helped per dress up, Xiye came and told me Father and Mother were waiting for me. I ran down stairs and went to the Chamber, where Mother, Father and Brother were waiting for me.

- Ying! My sweet little sister! -

I ran to Brother and hugged him, he picked me up and hugged me back. I began laughing and he smiled.

- Jinhei! It's my turn now! -

Father came, took me and hugged me.

- Both of you stop it, and let the poor thing go! -

Mother came and told them to let me go. I smiled and hugged her.

- Come sweetie, let's sit, we want to tell you something! -

I followed my Mother and we sat down. Father and Brother followed us, and sat down next to Mother, while I was sitting on the other side. I filled my cup with tea and ate a biscuit.

- So Ying, we have your Birthday all planned out, I came up with an Idea though. -

Father began to speak and I looked at him questionably.

- So I wanted your Birthday to be a Month long, but your Mother doesn't agree with me saying you don't like such long festivals. -

- So Your Father and I decided to ask you! How long would you like your Birthday to be? -

I looked at them shocked, and couldn't bring a sound out of me. Soon I managed to shake the shock off.

- W-Well I think that a Month is a little too long. What does my Brother think? -

Jinhei looked shocked at my and his hand stopped half way, to his mouth with a cup of tea in his hand.

- Awww! Ying wants to hear my opinion! -

- Is this really that cute? -

- Sure I thought too that a month is too long. -

- So I was thinking maybe around a week! -

- Around a week? hmmmm... -

- Well then, Mother, Father, I've decided 5 Days! -

- Alright if that's what our Ying wants! -

My Father looked definitely disappointed, yet he still agreed. He called in the Maid's and told them to get the Breakfast ready. Before the Maid's came back, we talked about many different things. Both Mother and Father mentioned many times how proud they are of me. Soon the Maid's brought in the food, and put it on the table. After we were done with eating I went to play with Brother. We went outside into our big Backyard.

- Ying! Let's play Hide and Seek! -

- Alright, Brother should we ask Alice and Xiye to play with us? -

- Why? -

- Don't you think it's a little boring, to play Hide and Seek with only two people? -

- Hmm... Yes you're right! -

- Well then, I'll go upstairs to call them! -

- Alright! Can you call Kazuma too? -

- Sure! -

Alice, Xiye and Kazuma are still young, Alice is 12 Years Old, Xiye is 10 Years Old and Kazuma is 14 Years Old. I ran back into the palace and began yelling Alice's name, soon her head popped out of the Kitchen.

- Oh! Lady Ying, what's happening? -

- Alice! Alice! Are Xiye and Kazuma in there too? -

- Well yes... -

- Can you call them? -

- Sure... -

I talked with Alice, while running out of Breath so she probably thought, the House was burning or some. Soon Alice came out with Xiye and Kazuma.

- Lady Ying! Is something wrong? -

Kazuma was the first to speak, he always had that gentle and nice personality.

- No nothing's wrong! I just wanted to ask you three, if you want to play with Brother Jinhei and me? -

All three looked at each other, and then looked back at me.

- Yes! We'd like to play! -

I ran outside with them where Brother Jinhei was training. Brother Jinhei was often training running, because he had weak lungs and couldn't run for long. It is known as Asthma, everytime Brother Jinhei does his training, he needs to rest a long time afterwards.

- Brother Jinhei why are you training again? -

- Don't worry Ying, I didn't train for long! -

Kazuma, Alice and Xiye looked at each other.

- So... When are we going to play? -

Alice has always been very playful.

- Right now! I'll be the seeker! -

The others agreed, and I went behind a tree. As soon as I began counting they all ran off, but Brother Jinhei. When playing with Brother Jinhei we always count to 50, so he'll have time to hide.

- 1! -

I could hear their steps, I have good ears, so I decided to listen closely. It's often for me easy to find everyone, thanks to my good hearing I can hear where they're heading to.

- 21! -

I began grinning, while imagining how easy it'll be to find them.

- ... 43! -

- 44! -

- 45! -

- 46! -

I began moving a little, it was just way too boring to stand in one place.

- ... 50! -

I ran into the Forest, excited I found Brother Jinhei and Kazuma. Alice and Xiye were always good at hiding, yet they're no much to me. After 20 minutes I managed to find Alice, yet Xiye stayed hidden.

- Where the hell is she?! -

After 10 minutes, I gave up.

- Xiye come out! You won! I give up! -

Xiye came out of a frikkin tree. After that, we talked a lot together and Kazuma taught me how to read in Chinese. The day was quite exciting and happy, I liked it. Even though I told myself to never trust my family, I did it. I enjoy being loved, but of course I didn't forget about my revenge. Alice accompanied me to my room, she made the bath ready, while I wrote in my diary. Tonight I fell asleep proud of myself, also excited for my sixth birthday.
