The Song He Sang

The moon was high and shining so brightly. so bright that you can see things through the night. Carmen walked through the garden with her maid with her. she saw a carriage dropping off a man near the opera house, the man is wearing a blackcoat and his white skin can easily noticed cause of the light from the house. but as she walk closely to the man, A carriage passed by and blocked her sight. but as she look once more, the man disappeared. then a thought came up to her mind, "who is he".

Days passed by and an event was held in the opera house. Carmen and her family came to the house and sat on the royal chair. the host came out and welcomed the guest, then after the welcome greet he called Cecil. Cecil came out with hes beauty, Carmen was surprised seing the man she saw that night. she gently clapped as the man bowed to them. lights put out and the orchestra came out and positioned where they should be. Cecil stands firm at the center of the stage and started singing; hes voice was so warm and gentle, caressing each ones heart, so beautiful it catches everyone's attention. every words was sang beautifully, his hands waves like a wing touching the air freely. at the last part he lets go of a sound high enough to let everyone hear but low enough to show hes emotions. and the show ended and the curtaind fell. but as the curtains fall, no smile was shown from hes face as if hes emotionless.

The next day came and Carmen checked if Cecil is still there. but no one can be seen inside the house. she walked towards the stage, but as she come closer she noticed a rose placed at the center. she climbed the stairs and walked towards the rose. she kneeled, but as she tries to grab the rose it faded and turned into a dust, then she asked "why?" but no answers can be heard, she noticed a paper near where the rose once been. she picked the paper and read the words "your so beautiful". she heard her maids calling out for her, she gently rose up and tidy her dress and went out the house.

the afternoon came and she sat down the bench near a rose bush, she then once again read the letter she found in the house and smiled. she turned the paper and wrote a reply saying "thank you". she found a rose and gently pulled it from the bush, but the spike from the rose pierced her finger causing her to bleed, but it didn't stop her. she placed the rose and the paper in the bench, but some of her blood stained the paper.

The night came and Cecil found the paper and the rose sitting in the bench. he could smell a human blood from the paper, he gently picked the paper and the rose and read her reply saying "thank you". he smelled the paper and smiled, "sweet scent".
