I Became A Man In Another World

Shiloh woke up only to find out she became a teenage guy named Waylen.
While trying to survive on the new world with a body of a guy she encountered a wounded man in the forest.
Before she could check on the wounded man, she heard a baby's cry not far from where she's standing.
She headed to where the sound of crying is coming from. Hidden in the bushes of some wild roses, is a big basket with not just one but two red haired babies placed inside of it.
"Why would there be babies in this place?"
"Are they his babies?"
"But his hair is dark brown while these twin babies are both red haired kids."
"Is it possible that they are related?"
Waylen suddenly heard the late afternoon bell of the village.
"I better start moving before it gets dark."
Waylen first ripped the man's clothing and temporarily tied it around his body wound. He then picked up the huge basket and headed fast to his house. After securing the babies inside his house he then left to help the wounded man.
"WTH! why now?!"
